Anyone else still waiting for tracking for an April order?

Ordered April 3rd or 4th, still waiting on another reship after the lasts were caught up…

All the reps just keep pointing me back to Hailey, and I have just been ignored by Alan, starting to seriously think I’m not getting this order. @Senria

There is nothing in the air, all of my prior trackings “worked”, they legitimately just haven’t shipped anything to me STILL.

Terrible to hear these things...... We have sources that were on top crumbling, some of these smaller sources stepping up, and now I see decline in many once again (from crazy bad test results to packs not received or lack of communication).

Yup on my 3rd “reship” for a pack I ordered at the beginning of April for the “ugly tesamorelin” promo. None of their tracking numbers have ever updated. Getting to the point where I’ll probably be asking for a refund since I’m not convinced they ever sent any of these packs.

Have you not noticed..that they have very similar pricelists?

But it's weird that all the poor tests usually come first from HYB, which gives the other Chinese vendors time to make changes..It's almost as if people who buy from other vendors don't test, but only the ones who buy from HYB do...

I was told my replacement order should only take 12 days to arrive. It was sent out on 05/27. Tracking still shows (order received). Lisa at SRY advised it's currently waiting on US customs clearance... We will see what happens around the 12th day. I'd be very cautious ordering until we hear positive feedback from others with the same issues.

56 days and 3 trackings later, still no pack (just peptides). 2 of the trackings never even lit up, although they're saying they were seized. Lately, it takes the reps 4-5 days to reply, and it's one word answers

I ordered in April and have recieved 2 tracking numbers. First one stopped updating when it departed a facility in China. 2nd one hasn't updated since may 10th. I was never told there was a reship just that the freight company changed the tracking number, and last time I inquired I was told it was on the way to the US and set to clear customs sometime this week. It's a usps tracking with nothing I can plug in to get any updates before it hits usps like the last one. Ordered April 16th

Have you tried this site to try and track. Universal Parcel Tracking - Global Package Tracking. For me, it has shown better tracking than USPS or Track17, which only showed label created on a couple of my previous orders.
