Is there anyway you can expedite these packages or ship the replacements from the domestic warehouse @Senria ? It would be very unfortunate to wait another month for the replacement order to arrive.

It can definitely be expedited, I ordered peptides from a different source with mostly the same prices besides the gh was more expensive and topped out at 15iu for $80 (which will be annoying when running bigger doses). Shipped the 22nd, was in the US the 23rd, and scheduled to be delivered on the 28th. Same shipping cost but sent with DHL express. I did have to pay $24 when it hit customs so probably not ideal for gear with plausible deniability, but for gh and peptides absolutely sticking with them from now on lol

I asked for the IU equivalent in 15iu kits and was told I’d receive 750iu less due to price differences.

Rather than replacing what I ordered, they want to give me cost equivalent in a lower concentration item.

Can anyone make that make sense or is this some kind of Asian customer service I’m not privy to?

Looks like you understood it properly. Doesn't seem like they'll sell you the full amount of IU you wanted in HGH15 kits for the price you'd pay for HGH24s.

Unless you need it immediately I'd wait for the HGH24 to come back in stock.

Or maybe see if they'll negotiate and give you something in between ?

I successfully placed an order with SRY for 4x 24iu kits on 5/15. I tried to order more late last week but they said they were out of stock.

They had stock recently, so they aren’t being upfront….although we will see when mine gets here if it’s actually in the order.

Sry has really shit the bed recently. People still have orders over 6 weeks old that have not reshipped yet with no clear explanation. I would honestly be careful about ordering from them right now.

i don’t think it’s an issue with SRY alone. a lot of Chinese labs that were proving reputable started taking L’s around the time the tariffs were implemented. it would be nice if there was honest communication from them as to why we so many issues are being reported.

I’m having no problems with other vendors and receiving packs without issues. SRY is the only one I’m having issues with.

@Senria I will need a refund on my order. Multiple people are experiencing the same issue as me. I don't see anyone at SRY actually working to resolve these issues.
I'll be coming up on two months of waiting for my order to arrive. This is unacceptable.

I’m having no problems with other vendors and receiving packs without issues. SRY is the only one I’m having issues with.

which other chinese vendors are you dealing with?

If you are dealing with multiple chinese vendors and having no issues with any of them why would you purchase off SRY when you could stick to the ones that are already working?

Their range of products is more limited than any others so this doesnt really make sense.

Sry has been working until now. Ever since QSC crashed out I tend to diversify my purchases now and not buy from 1 vendor.

I purchased from another source for peptides, took 9 days from order to receiving it yesterday in the US

Going on 43 days now with this order, I'm basically chalking this up to getting beat at this point but guess we'll see. I'll just pay a little extra for oils and tabs from a source with a domestic warehouse when I need those assuming gear production picks back up and we don't hit a drought

She told me mine was on its way to the US when the tracking said a shipping partner picked it up inside the US on May 10th and usps was waiting to receive it lol. So was is it coming from china or did a shipping partner pick it up, cuz those are 2 very different things and sound like I was just told bullshit lol

You can be in the US, and have a shipping partner anywhere in the world, who will coordinate on the other side of the world, to route packs to you.

Yeah I wasn't sure because the partner is zda, but all the tracking updates are from may 10th. Says printed, picked up and arrived at shipping partner facility in (city state), then departed partner facility in (same city state) which seems to imply the package was in that city. Not really shit i can do besides wait with my thumb up my ass and hope something happens.

The state is not the state of the shipping partner. It is the state where the pack is supposed to arrive at and the state in which the update was received at, from the shipping partner, located elsewhere.

Every carrier will be different.

Oh ok well that's good to know. I didn't want to post anything that would reveal any opsec stuff to make it a bit more clear what i was saying but that makes sense to me. Hopefully I see some kind of update within the next week being that it's been in transit 18 days now. They never said anything about this being a reship but I get the feeling that's what happened because the first tracking never updated after departing the facility in china. Was told the freight company changed the tracking number.
