Just received a response from Lisa at SRY.
They submitted a "retransmission" on my order. I still haven't received my package that was ordered over a month ago. Hopefully this will get resolved asap? @Senria
Same boat. Got a new tracking may 10th. Says departed shipping partner facility and usps awaiting item since the 10th. Placed order April 16th.
 
Just placed an order for “ugly” puck kits. We’ll see how it goes. Who knew we could have an option for the ugly ducklings of the batch and pay less for it.
Still waiting on this pack. I would NOT recommend them at all. Apparently they are sending reships for 240+\- packs that were seized. I never got a letter or anything. Highly unlikely but time will tell.

We are very sorry for the trouble caused. We are already solving this problem and arranging for re-delivery. Because there are many parcels, it may take a while to process. We have tried our best to sort out all the re-sent parcels and send them to the freight company. After they receive them, we will feedback the tracking number to you as soon as possible. Thank you.

Thank you for the update. Is there anyway you can expedite these packages or ship the replacements from the domestic warehouse @Senria ? It would be very unfortunate to wait another month for the replacement order to arrive.
 
Heads up I put in a recent order and they contacted me with this :

“Hello, my friend, we can change the express delivery of your package for you. It only takes 4-6 days to deliver, but you need to pay a tariff of 20USD. Is that ok?”

I stupidly agreed thinking it was just an up charge. Upon further discussion this option means you have to pay customs fees to either ups or the government (not sure) before getting the package.

If you are concerned about security/deniability I would NOT recommend taking this option. Once that became clear I asked for it to be the original method and they would not do it.

“Hello, my friend, don't worry, UPS will deliver directly to your doorstep, and you can pay the customs duties directly by mail. Recently, UPS is safer and has a faster delivery time, so we recommend you to use UPS”
