I believe that is what this study indicates also.remember those filters are known to actually cause aggregation... take care!

Greatttt , more AGGREGATE bs, "Damned if you do, Damned if you don't", , might as well save a little $ and just skip the filtering , so much controversy over the filtering, i asm just to lazy to comply, Guess im NOT missing out on anything eh?I believe that is what this study indicates also.
I’m just going to upgrade my medical insurance just in case I get a hole in my butt and not worry about it. I Agree 100% , i've been using non-filtered peptides/hgh for alot of years outta my life and i honestly, Will NOT be filtering in the future, all the "bubble boys" can schoff, and roll there eyes , but its just a fact,,The entire history of GH use, both clinically & by bodybuilders, suggests you aren't "damned if you don't filter"
yes ghoul conflates alot of things. papers suggest filtering for hospital use to prevent infection in aids patients vs actually testing aggregate prevention.
logically one can work out not only size wise but also the mechanical destruction and smashing of peptides through small holes. think about anything moving through a sieve and remember syringes can cause cavitation so just because u aren't using high powered machine there is alot of "pressure", charges of filter media ph of the solution temp and concentration all will factor in.
also I dont believe any evidence for aggregates SOOO huge ie larger than 2micrometers are bioactive never mind present never mind broken up into smaller aggregates.. but again we do know aggregates FORM from filtration, how much I dunno..
if insist on filtration use proper buffered bad water, dilute 3x normal amount (made that # up but more dilute the better) will help prevent further aggregation aswell as loss.
yup.Nonfiltered GH has been used successfully in the clinic and by bodybuilders for decades
Where are all the problems that were supposed to be caused by misfolding or sticky icky whatever? (the ones that filtering would've prevented ofc)
These are good references. Thank you for sharing. That's my concern with using these syringe filters for anything that isn't absolutely critical from sterility standpoint. What's the net-net effect?I believe that is what this study indicates also.
I think the amount of compound passed through a single filter increases the risks. I don’t know much about brewing but I believe that’s an environment where quality filters and filter swaps would be most beneficial. These are good references. Thank you for sharing. We don't have the means to characterize what's coming off these cheap syringe filters from Amazon or even the Tisch filters.
I have a confession to make. Nah, I better not lol.
oh "do tell" now what have you done ?? Confess your sins ,,These are good references. Thank you for sharing. That's my concern with using these syringe filters for anything that isn't absolutely critical from sterility standpoint. What's the net-net effect?

So you cut off your oxygen right after writing this, correct?Don't give idiots oxygen.
And some PES pre-filters contain borosilicate microglass prefilters.it does cause aggregation, I've shared papers on this... again, logically even braindead can imagine smashing together paticals flying through a sieve under pressure that may not be best thing for delicate things
if want to do a resin filter like in manufacturing that may be helpful for u though!
also ghoul, stop posting chat gpt.
quick question, do u think syringe filters are the same thing as what used in biotech? just curious
If you use a sterile .22um PES filter from a reputable brand.... It's not going to denature rHGH either. We know that for a fact.
