How much of a stockpile do you have? Do you prefer tested US-based sources or chinese to stockpile?

After ghouls fear mongering threads we all stocked KGs of gear.
his thing was importation.

He did talk about chemical seller crackdown.(peptides clearly werent affected)

He never predicted the stupid steroid factory shutdown. That's why when people said his predictions steroids were right... It had nothing to do with Steroids.

Anyone with half a brain and one eye on eye international politics understands it wasn't some random coincidence.

The ending of de minimus, and the wider trade tensions were predicated, in large part, on China being a supplier of fentanyl and other illegal contraband to the US. Two years of congressional hearings, the reports, and draft legislation made this clear, All of which I discussed in depth and posted the relevant documents.

Immediately after the election China cracked down on chemical companies exporting a long list of drug precursors (including AAS) they're prohibited from sending to other countries based on treaties they're part of.

It was in their interest to stop "white powders" from showing up in the US, avoiding making the case for their adversaries who'd use that as evidence a costly trade war with China was justified.

It's not only AAS, the mass flow of all chemicals from China used to make illegal drugs has come to a halt.

During that same time, seizures from China vendors went from almost never to suddenly happening. Members who were around here then should remember the "Yun Express" bust. The fact some small packs of oils make it through isn't proof "nothing has changed". Of course low volumes of random packs still slip through.

The mass shipments with a near 100% chance of success are no longer happening. How well are China vendor US warehouses being stocked? Why not just send over mass amounts like QSC used to manage?

Chinese logistics companies are very careful who they're doing business with now since they face massive fines if contraband is found in their packs. That's why SSA and others say they're using multiple lines. It's to avoid putting all their eggs in one basket, and need to stay under the radar with a few packs spelled around with multiple shippers. Notice we rarely get tracking that starts working from China like before. Think thats a coincidence too? Or are they trying to ensure the shippers being used aren't revealed until the packs make it past customs?

So whether it was increased enforcement by ending de minimus and severely reducing the flow of packs from China so US customs caught more packs, or the Chinese trying to preempt a weakened negotiating position by shutting down the illegal drug precursor industry, the reasons for the shortage, and the end result was the same.

Nobody was complaining about steroids in Congress.

It was about crying parents in every congressional district enraged over their dead kid overdosing on fentanyl because they took one fake pill, or snorted a little cocaine that the fentanyl wasn't evenly distributed in by they dealer trying to stretch his supply. 50,000+ a year at one point.

But how do you stop one "white powder" that's illegal and not stop them all, even if it's not your main target? Customs can't say "oh, it's just steroids, a Schedule III illegal drug, we'll let it go through". I mean, they won't show up at your house like they would for something more serious, but an illegal drug in the mail is still illegal.

But it was other things as well. Machine gun conversion parts. Counterfeit products. . Unsafe toys. Businesses complaining they were being put out of business from cheap products that are supposed to be taxed. Anti-slave labor groups complaining about prisoner made products. EVERYONE had a reason to stop the flow of packs from China that reached over 1 billion a year.

That quantity made it impossible for customs to have any chance of doing their job. You could hide anything when 5 million packs were entering the country every day.

That's down 80% now. I expect customs will get better and better at closely examining this reduced flow. Government is slow, but eventually, with unlimited money, they can accomplish what they set out to do.

It was all because of "de minimus" allowing "low value" packages to skip the regular customs process.

The EU and all G7 countries announced they are bringing an end to de minimus from China too, since everyone's having a similar problem as the US.

It was always interesting that seizures of India packs were kind of common. When it got really bad they started shipping some from the UAE (which is now having a lot of seizures too). I had about 10% of India packs seized.

But Chinese packs got through almost 100%, until the end of last year. Then it started to change. From January until October 2024 I don't think I heard of one QSC pack getting seized resulting in a letter from customs. Then there were a couple of busts, including a large "Yun Express" shipment. Someone having a pack from China grabbed before then was very, very rare. Plenty still slips through, the majority of SSA and SRY orders for instance, but seizures from China are not nearly as rare as before.

You used to buy from bg/pct24x7 or indiamart vendors?

EU don't have a minimus like US had. Here you pay VAT. Until July 2021 you had a 22€ exception where you didn't pay

EU has a "de minimus" rule like the US that allows packs to slip regular customs processes if they're under €150. Packages have to have a declared value for VAT, but it's paid electronically in advance and 99% aren't inspected.

(this is the "old" system):

But now, for the same reasons as the US, too much abuse of de minimus by China, the EU is ending the €150 duty exemption, and adding a €2 security fee per package to hire many more customs officers and upgrade inspection facilities:

And if I know Europe, they will do a much better job at this than the US, and make customs much more strict than the US has been able to. If nothing else, because there's so much money for the government to collect.

I don't think this is happening until 2026, so there's still time to "stock up" while it's easy.

Hopefully EU will fall apart until 2028 or when they want this to be implemented.

If that happens you know not one vial of AAS will get passed customs in Germany, but you'll probably be able to have kilos of cocaine shipped to Italy without a problem, lol.
