What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Frozen mixed veggies always look so good & colorful but they never found their way into my grocery cart. I'm definitely picking some up today.

Frozen mixed veggies + meat + a carb = nutrition easy mode

Or double the serving of vege to cover your carbs
What will you use for a carb source?

Juicy looking,,

Thank you! :P

Yeahhh... lol. I do feel some guilt for having frozen vegetables. It seems like they have low nutritional value. I prefer home made and fresh always.

I am presently experimenting to learn how my body responds to having more variety in my diet with some vegetables again.

Last year I was buying fresh broccoli and cauliflower chopping it up as needed for daily meals. But leaving those in the fridge was always a race against time for mold.

For some reason I was not considering back then to just freeze my meals or freeze the vegetables after prep. Maybe time to try again and see how it fares.

My girlfriend and I have gone vegan because we’re weird. I can’t cook, so she does us dinner each night.

This is about 85 grams of protein. She makes a barbecue sauce for the tofu that gets its sweetness from blended dates and it works well.

Been super busy and off the juice.
Luckily because i havent had much time to work out and especially to cook and meal prep.

Thinking about getting back on. Squeezing im more time for more serious workouts but all the cooking is not gana happen at the moment, and my stomach is not good enough to be living off shakes.

Anyone try or have any experience with a meal prep company? I live near a muscle maker grill i have eaten at the little restaurant and i hear they have meal plans also , the food is pretty good and i think they come out to about $8 a meal.

i used to use a company call "flex pro meals" , i used them for almost two years , but decided to do my own meal prep , because my lifestyle is flexible enough to do so, i thought they were pretty good actually, and they have a rotating meals, and quite a few fifferent "setups", "high protein, Keto, etc ,,

meal prep companies are a scam. $8 a meal will add up at the end of the month and it’s the same stuff u can make.

If you don’t have time and have stomach issues( I do as well) then find a bland diet and eat it everyday. For me that’s bananas yogurts chicken green beans and eggs. Repeat everyday. My stomach problems become less and my stomach is consistent with that diet.
