i say that because really theres not alot going on calorie wise and imo very little micronutrients and vitamins as it is a frozen food, maybe if they were fresh veggies there might be a small increase in micronutrients/vitamins, i just feel like they "take up space", i am very into nutrition as well, but frozen vegetables just,, "Color" I don't eat them for there vitamins/micronutrients as i get those through other means, example being the greens drink i drink everyday,,Every time you say the veggies are there just for color, a little part of me dies xD

on another note on the "greens drink", my 95 yo Gpa has an autoimmune condition that was attacking his skin on his whole body, literally a rash that was on 75% of his body, nothing was working as far as pharmaceuticals from the skin dr, it wasn't until i incorporated a daily greens drink , and that rash cleared up literally in like a week after starting the greens drink, and now he actually enjoys drinking it , as it doesn't taste horrible, kinda like the taste of the smell of a herbal tea,, if that makes sense , "tastes like the smell" ?
