I’m not sure this one will come onto the ugl market.
“Efocipegtrutide is a long-acting glucagon, gastric inhibitory peptide (GIP) and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) triple full agonist chemically conjugated with constant region of human immunoglobulin via non-peptidyl flexible linker.”Where did you see that?
Glucose management stuff together with mitrochondial stuff is kinda my expertise so much that i started writing little guides/books about it, i have a genetic insulin resistance so i make use of anything i can get to keep my homa down and hba1c lowerYou seem to be on every med that reduces hba1c lol
Do you have a ranking of products that drops it the most?
I'm looking for something else to add besides SGLT1/2 & GLP.
Metformin ER and immediate both mess with my stomach bad.
Upped Triz dose from 2.5 to 5mg a week after 4 weeks, injection taken thursday. From saturday evening until today (monday) have had brutal diarrhea. Literally up many times throughout the night. Seem to be holding my food for now after doing quads this morning.
Is this normal? Pretty rough hoping it passes. When I first started triz I had the oppostie effect. My guy basically froze for 4 days.
Thank you. I'll go grab that right now. For sure I'm super empty. But drank 5 liters of water yesterday. Hoping that helped. It can happen, especially while titrating up and in combination with certain foods. Usually around the same time post dose for 1 or 2 days.
Digestion will normalize after a few weeks on a stable dose, but may return when you increase.
Get loparamide from the drug store (immodium). 2 x 2mg tabs after the first round of diarrhea and 1 tab after each subsequent incident until it normalizes. It'll relieve gut discomfort very fast as well.
Although I'm on a long term maintenance dose of Tirz, other compounds can interact with it (MT-2 for example) that can bring this side
on.
You can very quickly get severe dehydration without realizing it from GLP diarrhea. I damn near passed out the second day of it once and had to go on IV hydration at the hospital.
I keep it on hand at all times now that I know how serious that shit (pun intended) can be.

The only other things I'm doing are tb500, bpc-157, and trt.
I'm nervous is this is going to be the norm once a month when the dose goes up. Hopefully the medicine you recommend helps.

Very interesting.Believe it or not, it's an indication your digestive system is being "healed" by Tirz.
There's early evidence one of the mechanisms by which Tirz lowers CRP systemic inflammation so much is that it prevents LPS (bacterial wall fragments that trigger the immune system) from leaking through the intentional wall. (aka "leaky gut").
This "tightening" of intestines that are too porous (increases with age) is likely the reason behind reduced intestinal absorption of water, causing diarrhea, until the intestinal membrane equalizes to allowing the proper amount of water to pass through again (but still "tight" enough to block inflammation triggering LPS).
You probably know systemic inflammation is behind a bunch of diseases, from arteriosclerosis, to arthritis and dementia. So this is a good "side" to have, for a little while anyway lol.

So I am waiting to try the TR30. I am glad to hear it works. What dose are you taking? The weight increase is not a good thing. Wierd.Ive been running SA TR30 for 1 week now. I find it interesting that Tirz makes me feel sickly full from the consumption of fluids (flavoured water in this case). I don't recall this sensation at all using semaglutide, be it UGL or Novo Nordisk.
Last week I also had a totally inexplicable weight increase that was so out of the ordinary. Weighed in at 179.5 on the Monday, had ballooned up to 185.4 by Thursday. Today, weighed in at 177.7. Absolutely nothing in my activity, eating or drinking to account for it.
Just goes to show, you have to track this shit week to week.
That’s why i like the Tirz, it’s not just about fat loss.Believe it or not, it's an indication your digestive system is being "healed" by Tirz.

Going on 4 days and still not right. The Imodium is definitely helping. But man this sucks. It's almost certainly temporary. The people in the large scale 4 year trials, on stable doses for years, don't get this (or any) side at any significant rate any more. That's the end goal for treatment. A maintenance dose feels like nothing. You don't know you're on it.
Loperamide has been around forever and an extremely safe anti-diarrheal.
Fun fact. Loperamide is a large molecule form of OPIUM. It's too big to pass effectively into the brain, but most bottles with hundreds of tablets stopped being sold in the US because heroin addicts would take handfuls to ease withdrawal symptoms.

I was also realizing that this week I switched ugl's. The first 4 we had Beligas and this time was someone from Meso. Also his testing ( not sure how exactly it relates to my badge) show the 10g vial at 11. So my titration actually was 5.5.
I think I'm going to drop down to 3 whenever this passes and I have the courage/feel the need for another injection.

What's weird is that my wife did the same size shot and she's totally fine. I have a pretty sensitive stomach that often gives issues. The first week of Tirz it basically froze for 4-5 days. The wife was pretty good. So idk if I can blame the product?Trust your gut (literally) on this and stop is shit ain't right (lol). Seriously, Safety first. With UGL the risk variables are defiantly more numerous. You can always lose weight later.
Glad the laparamide helped at least.

The more I read and learn about Reta, the more tempted I am to try it. Tirz has been good to me, don’t get me wrong - but Reta supposedly gives you that nice energy boost, and with a bulk starting in 4 months, I’ll need that appetite back. Problem is… I’ve got 1100mg of Tirz just chillin’ in the fridge. What am I supposed to do with that? Spread it on toast?
Doesn't the appetite suppression wear off for Tirz when you've been on the same dose for a while?
I started at 2.5mg and gradually worked my way up to 12.5mg over the course of a year - not because the appetite suppression wore off, but more for the additional benefits, especially optimizing my A1c, which was 4.9 on my last labs. I’ve never been a big eater to begin with, so appetite control was never my main goal. That’s actually why I’m now considering switching to Reta.Doesn't the appetite suppression wear off for Tirz when you've been on the same dose for a while?
