How many of you smoke/vape?

Do you think it affects your training?

I smoke a lot but I train pretty much everyday, cardio 3 times a week, eat well, sleep well. I know it would be ideal to quit but tbh I don’t think I can.
 
Off course it does ! smoked all sorts of shit for 20 years from tobacco, rock , weed , hallucinogens etc. Have not smoked for 7 years but my lungs are still fucked up , lung tissue + smoke = Bad....

But I was a happy smoker *Loooool*

Aha I understand smoke = bad, and no good for lungs but does it affect one’s bodybuilding goals. I always counted weed as a plus cause it helps me eat more. But I’ve been vaping now for 5+ years and I still do the same cardio I did before.
I guess if I’m being honest I just wanted to hear from long term smokers whose cardio isn’t affected, but maybe I’m dreaming.

Anyway well done on cutting everything out bro Expecially the rock!
