you'd probably be fine on 300 test/200 eq, but start at 200/100 and see how you respond. I'd also consider masteron for some increased neural drive, leaness/less water retention and managing some potential estrogen from the testosterone.
Be aware that some people can crush their estrogen with too low testosterone dosages with EQ, and the addition of masteron might exacerbate that.
On the cardarine, you notice that the same day you take it in my experience so theres not much build up time or anything like that. Im not that experienced with it though.
I feel like with how slow EQ is to build up, it might be hard to judge 300/200 vs 200/100 in the 8 weeks I have coming up though.
The main thing I'm looking for is probably the endurance benefits of EQ rather than strength, I'm hoping that the cardio hit of 300 vs 200 test is smaller than the cardio gain of 100 vs 200 EQ, if that makes sense?
Yeah I've heard cardarine is rather instant, so I'm wondering if there's any point in running 8 weeks over 4? I mean why not just run it 2 weeks? Will 8 weeks have more cardio benefits over 4 week?
Lot of factors come into play here. Are you going to be sucking weight the last few weeks or are you close to comp weight? As a few other lads mentioned EQ due to its esters takes a few weeks to get going but is a solid choice to bump up RBC and endurance. I’m a fan of turinabol as well for endurance/athletic performance. It’s fairly cheap and fast acting. You can titrate up or down depending on your needs. I would keep the test around 150-300 depending on how you metabolize the compound. No use in adding water weight or extra lbs as that’ll just tank your cardio.
Really what you’re looking at is being able to recover from your training leading up to the competition. 4-5 days of rolling a week should have you ready. Make sure to attend any comp classes if your school offers them. It’s a great way to push the pace and engage in scenario rolling, down by 2, gotta get an escape or take down. Plus learning to push when you’re tired. If this is your first competition then just worry about nothing but showing up and competing. The experience alone will be the most valuable asset as it will show your strengths and weaknesses like none other. A mild cycle shines great for sport BJJ as you can push harder than most, hold onto muscle as you’re leaning out, and recover from the training. Where as most people are limping into fight week drained from the training and weight cut!
Best of luck lad. Represent yourself and your academy wel!
I have to lose about 10lbs in next 2 months. I'm coming off a 350test/350tren/140DHB cycle so I actually imagine I'll drop a good 5-8lbs in the next 2-3 weeks just because on/off cycle I usually +/- 10lbs immediately. But, I am focused on cutting right now.
I don't know much about tbol, but I'm all ears. I've ran var and anadrol? or something before, orals seem to trash lipids for very little gain, I don't see why to ever use orals over injectables these days. I get they are fast acting but this tournament is in 8 weeks, it's no surprise...
Right now I'm rolling twice a day to prep, with multiple comp classes, and cross training at a few gyms as well just to make sure I meet extra comp classes. I'm still trying to lift 6x a week but that frequency might have to go down a bit. I've competed many many times before, international, show matches, IBJJF and every other tournament circuit, etc...
I really don't know much about tbol, happy to add it to the cycle.
But I guess right now I'm not sure of 300Test/200EQ vs 200Test/100EQ, and then we got 20mg cardarine daily, which I'm not sure to just run 4 weeks or go with 8 weeks. Also don't know much about tbol, I always prefer injectables but I *guess* it could make sense since the only cardio improving injectable is EQ and there's only so much EQ I can run on low test.
Also curious on like, why not fuck it and run like 500/300 or even 1g/600 if EQ is that great for cardio. Or is it not lol
Not gonna run mast when I already have an E2 lowering compound in EQ, which seems to be the biggest limiting factor in how much I can run. If anything I'd run something like... I dunno, NPP? so I could raise my E2 for more EQ to fit in without crashing it.
