HGH -- What do the results look like?

That photo reminds me of Monty Python :D

Don't mind me, just having fun man ;)

But seriously, you look great for 50-ish. I think Eddie is right with diet adjustments and especially cardio. Your BF looks 18-20%, I was in the same boat 3 months ago - started HGH 2.7iu ED, Tirz 2-4mg EW and cardio 3 times per week and that was a game changer! I've lost around 4% of BF till this day, did my bloods every month and my morning glucose has always been 80. For the first month I have taken Metformin which then replaced with supplements - astragalus, pterostilbene, NAD+ and r-alpha-lipoic acid. I feel great, happy with the cut's progress, my only regret is that I didn't start earlier.
Don’t these substances prevent muscle building?

Don’t these substances prevent muscle building?

Honestly? No idea. But you know what? I don't really care.
I am 45 so quite close yo your age. At this stage my overall health and longevity have priority over muscle building. My goal for this year is to reach 12-14% BF while maintaining strength. I started this year being 92kg/202lbs 22%BF, then went up to 96/211, today I am 87/191 and if reaching my BF goal means going down to 80/176 so be it. I believe in our age taking care of cardiovascular system is more important than having ton of muscle, which BTW contradicts one another. I was +22% BF my whole life, I had hypertension stage 1/2, my lipids are shit and my liver enzymes were probably always bad. More than a month ago I said fuck it, I went to a cardiologist, did all the tests and we found out that my left ventricle is a bit larger but still within limits. I was probably born with it because last test from 20 years ago showed the same thing and it was before I started any PEDs.

Having said that I did blood donation, started Telmisartan, Nebivolol and Rosuvastatine plus a bunch of supplements and herbs. First blood tests from two weeks ago show positive feedback and that is all I care about now. Do I want to take all these meds forever? Fuck no. Will I have/need to cycle them quarterly/yearly? Maybe. And that is fine.

So my thought process is simple:
- diet dialed in
- sleep dialed in
- workout dialed in
- cardio sessions added
- TRT/HRT + meds + supps are dialed in
- blood results (mostly) in range
- you feel good overall

If all the above are in place there is no way you won't build muscle. Or preserve it if you wanna cut.

As for PEDs I take:
- HGH 2.7iu ED IM
- Test Prop 600mg E2D
- Tadalafil 10mg ED

To give you some perspective I spend 4 times on blood tests monthly than what I pay for PEDs. I simply changed my priorities.

Ehrlich? Keine Ahnung. Aber weißt du was? Es ist mir eigentlich egal.
Ich bin 45, also ziemlich nah an deinem Alter.

Vielleicht. Und das ist in Ordnung.

Mein Gedankengang ist also einfach:
- Diät gewählt
- Schlaf eingestellt
- Training eingeplant

Was PEDs betrifft, nehme ich:
- HGH 2,7iu ED IM
- Test Prop 600 mg E2D
- Tadalafil 10 mg ED

Um Ihnen eine Vorstellung zu geben: Für Bluttests gebe ich monatlich viermal so viel aus wie für leistungssteigernde Medikamente. Ich habe einfach meine Prioritäten geändert.

@fatspider What blood values do you have checked?

This is full list I do every month plus sometimes just a couple points every two weeks if I add new compounds, change dosage or pinning frequency. I only use short esters so results are visible even after two weeks.

Shit, I just realized I made a mistake with dosage - Test is 60 not 600 E2D. That would be something lol

Correct list:

- HGH 2.7iu ED IM
- Test Prop 60mg E2D
- Tadalafil 10mg ED
- Tirz 1+1mg EW

Apart from Tirz, I will probably stay on the rest for life. Plan to do blasts with Mast P and Bold on the way but again - blood results will always have a priority over gains.

Hahahah I was about to ask because 600E2d sounds gnarly as hell

don't forget the comprehensive metabolic panel,

Thank you very much! I have a question... I still have 3-4 vials of HGH. I was planning on using them. I'm reluctant to stop now because I don't want to start using HGH again just because I have 3 vials. Can I still use the 3-4 vials if my blood sugar is between 100-110? Or should I stop immediately?

Sure you can use them

It's not the end of the world

How long are 3-4 vials gonna last anyway?

It's OK to stop now if you wanted because 3-4 vials aren't going to change your physique or have any "anti-aging" effects in the long run

It's really up to you

don't forget the comprehensive metabolic panel,

Interesting, where I live we do not have such a test per se but from what I can see it is a set of multiple tests concerned on liver, electrolytes and others. Looks like everything is on my list, just as separate markers.

Thanks, learn new things every day :)

in that case , you basically have it covered then , its good that you keep up on your bloodwork, alot can be prevented by knowing things in advance rather than "finding out" later when it might be to late,,

So you didn't succumb to the GLP1 microdosing FOMO ?

Kudos

Nah, for once I actually RTFM'ed and did follow it xD
Standard Tirz titrating protocol worked so well that I had to lower the weekly dose and settled on 1mg twice per week. Still doing its job, will finish what I have and start evaluating Reta afterwards. Can't wait!

Bro....please do a full disclosure on other fat burners you were using. If I am following threads closely enough, you claimed these pictures were the result of 8 months on TESA and IPA?

In either case tell the whole story of your fat loss or be less than credible....if it was a mere oversight,, lack of attention, apology accepted.

Reason I am poking you, we are all trying to learn and make decisions, your post leads the reader to believe HGH gave you those pictures...
Hey bro yeah so between the two pics from February 2024-June 2025
Prior to pick taken I had taken Tirzepatide from April 2023 to February 2024
February 2024 was when left pic was taken. I had lost weight everywhere but my stomach. So I started a 12 course of ipa and tesa and it melted the fat off and gave me a 6 pack but I didn’t gain much muscle, so right after that 12 weeks in June 2024 I started HGH at 1iu a night and 3iu a night by June 2025 when the right pic was taken. I plan on eventually starting TRT at some point before wrapping up my HGH cycle June February 2027

I'm mid 30's running 200mg test cyp a week, 4IU SSA GH at night, 2-3mg reta, and 100mg primo as an AI. Also got some Berberine coming and will be throwing that in the mix.

This is my first week and first time running GH. Also got a gold top kit from Opti so I can compare SSA VS Opti HGH during this 6 month GH cycle.

Anyone here who has been on GH for awhile and also been running SSA GH? If so, how would you rate their GH compared to say Opti, lobster, etc? I know some guys here been on GH for many years so I really wanna hear your experience.

SSA GH is on par with Opti and Lobster

Appreciate that feedback. How long you been on and what's your dose? Opti description says:

These kits are manufactured in a licensed GMP facility that meets pharmacopeia standards.

Does this mean it's made in America? Also, what's the highest dose you'd say one can safely run without enlarging all their organs, turning into Dave Palumbo with GH gut, and becoming a bloated water buffalo with androgynous moon face? Haha
