I have always said that Canada's withholding rate is very good, and steroids are not easy to ship, but you still insisted on placing an order, and all of them were deducted. The freight forwarder informed me that there was a problem with your address, so you put the responsibility cleanly. Last month, I said that I would send TC raw materials for free to compensate you and ask you to provide a new address, but you didn't respond to me in time. Now TC is sold out. Didn't we do enough in the whole process?

Just wanted to provide an update for those who may be following this situation.

As of now, I have not received a single successful order from JY since February/March. His explanation has been that shipping to Canada is too much of a hassle and low-profit for them. While I understand that shipping to Canada can be complicated, I find it frustrating — especially when other suppliers like SSA handle my business and reships without issue.

For context, I have an ongoing and growing annual business relationship with both JY and SSA, amounting to at least $50,000 USD per year. After being effectively ghosted by JY, my partner and I were forced to confront him both privately and publicly. Eventually, I received a refund for the failed order, but only after persistent follow-up.

Trying to give JY the benefit of the doubt, I placed another order — this time for $6,440 — and arranged for it to be split across three separate shipping addresses to improve success rates. Unfortunately, the entire shipment was seized, and when I reached out for a reship, I was told that none of the requested items were available. Since then, communication has basically stopped.

Last month, during his Test Cypionate raw sale, I suggested applying the full credit from the seized order toward a bulk reship exclusively in Test Cyp, with a new safe address. He initially said to wait for the "storm to die down," so I asked him to set aside product for me in the meantime. Days ago, I followed up — nearly two months after payment — and was told the Test Cyp was now sold out.

How is that acceptable? Who conducts business like this — blowing off a long-term, reliable, high-volume client just to sell a few more bags?

This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I felt it was important to share transparently so others can make informed decisions

- relaying the situation for dave since he dosent have access to underground market.

The second order: In May, we still had some Primo E in our Chinese warehouse. He wanted to buy it, but the boss refused, saying that Canada's customs detention rate was too high. But after his repeated insistence, I persuaded the boss to accept his order. As a result, three packages containing oil were detained (HGH packages were signed for , he didn't tell the truth). The freight forwarder later told me that they found that several of his addresses had been blacklisted by the customs. Last month, after our TC raw materials arrived, I contacted him and told him to send him TC raw materials to compensate him and ask him to change to an address in the United States. He didn't contact me until a few days ago. I said that TC was sold out, and then he was furious.

the sitaution is dave bought a relatively big order back in feb/march, and after it got seized and product was out of stock after very persisent follow up he was refunded.

now back in may dave bought from jy again as u see in the first screenshot a order of 6440 + 210 shipping to 3 different addresses to improve seizure rate. the package ends up getting seized and now everything is out of stock so jy owes dave 6440 + 210.

1 month later in june dave asks if he can redeem the full credit in testosterone cyp raws which jy pharma have to ask his boss about which they relucantly agree to after he has acquired a address in another country(very unreasonable request)

2 weeks later dave has acquied a us address and is asking jy fo the testosterone cypionate raws where jy says he has sold the test cyp they have agreed about

dave have tried to follow up for a refund/to see if anything else is possible to get but jy pharma has ghosted him.

i woke up today and was removed from jy pharmas telegram, jy answered in here but is still ghosting dave which he owes 6440 + 210.

We are asking jy for a refund or anything else to make this right? Dave has been a customer for jy last year with a spending of 50k+

atleast dont blow him off like that.

I am completely unrelated to dave&jy. dave offered me payment to help him post this on meso which i haven't followed up on and wont be accepting if he brings it up on. I am only here to clean the market.

Ok, so my reship was received today. I am being told it is 9 bottles of 50mg anavar and 1 bottle of proviron 25mg, which was weird I didn't order proviron, but I kinda have wanted to try it anyway and at this point I'll have a lifetime supply of anavar here if these are really 50's, so I'm not complaining.

Going to send these off for testing and will report back.

these 3 seperate addresses that got blacklisted at the same time is still used for ssa orders till this day.

there was no mention of canadas customs having a issue with reships/refunds and dave didnt persuade any boss to accept the order, otherwise he wouldn't put a order.
As a result, three packages containing oil were detained (HGH packages were signed for , he didn't tell the truth).
Dave haven't picked up any hgh, he send me the tracking.

he is still recieving ssa packages to this address and probably from other vendors aswell. the addresses isnt blacklisted

he contacted you because you ran out of the product he ordered; you made a deal with him to repay him in equivalent of tc the product that was seized as a reship instead; 2 weeks later he got a address in another country after the deal and you have sold out all the product which he was promised.

He has been contacing you since the end of last month and you're ignoring him while you can reply in here. while dave is still missing 6440 in product + 210 in shipping.

it is very shady business of you to sell product you dont have, ignore customers and remove me from the telegram for posting this. and then lying about all this instead of just fixing the issue with dave.

we are asking for further reships or a refund which is your policy thank you.
 
I have made many successful orders with Jy last year and earlier this year.
But my last order from May 22nd has still not been fulfilled and they are no longer responding to any of my messages.
I ordered 1 kits of eq, 2 kits deca, 2 kits of tren e and 3 kits of tren a from their domestic warehouse. I received the eq and deca June 3rd. I messaged them about the missing tren e and a. They said that they were waiting on stock and would ship it once they receive more stock. June 25th they shipped the tren e. I received those items a few days later. I have been asking about the tren a for over a month now and they refuse to respond. I asked for a refund on the order and still no word.

I will no longer purchase any items from JY. Their communication is dog shit, and they will not refund you on items you paid for. This is my first bad experience from any supplier on this forum.
