I don't see it as a conclusion but it's an angle we shouldn't fully dismiss until we understand better if HGH is directly causing (amplified) side effects or if it's another component that we haven't considered. The fact that pharma GH is reported to have less sides as well makes me think that it's something else though.

You are free to see things as you want. Different pharmaceutical brands of the same medication can also give different side effects too, yet nobody is hanging off of the CEOs of those companies balls all day long complaining that they got misfolded proteins that show up on serum somatropin/raise IGF but do not attach to the receptor (please god help me stop laughing at this).

It is really an exercise in futility. Pharma vs UGL. Too many variables, too much anecdotal data. That guy gets wrapped around the axle about crap AI generates but has very little real world experience to speak on. It’s always one new shiny thing to spin everyone up over. So you personally are bearish on any additional testing using orthogonal methods to shine light on these questions of UG vs Pharma? I am interested in your opinion. At the least CD should give us some insight into secondary/tertiary structures. Bioassays for HCPs and bioactivity would also be novel as applied to the UG. No?

I’m all in on that testing. I think it would be very illuminating. And I appreciate anything you can do to make it happen. I just wonder whether it will truly put to bed the age old question of which is the better choice.
And just so you know, I wasn’t referring to you in that comment.
My thought is that the structure is probably normal. It’s not that difficult to fold gh actually. It basically folds itself when placed in the correct conditions.
The more interesting question is the degree of purification and the proportion of correctly folded gh that is present in each product.

I am hopeful we can all come together to do some impactful testing together, perhaps get some useful data, and further strengthen the community bond. I think the latter is a worthy goal and I will do better to support it.

What do you mean instead of letting you have your say? You had your say. Yes, same medications can have different side effects based on brand. But that doesn't mean that this is the case here. You're just derailing the conversation by giving blanket statements. Yet you're full of yourself. Laughing at people instead of contributing to a conversation.

I am afraid at this point we could have the best and most expensive testing in the world and there would still be disputes. Not saying it is a waste of time or it shouldn't be done. It very much should be as it is the best we can do to keep the community safe and suppliers from scamming. However, I doubt it will cut down on the back and forth very much.
It's much like politics. People will defend their favorite suppliers and spit on others regardless of what evidence is presented to them. We all have biases. I try to be as objective and take emotion and bias out as much as I can, but that can only go so far.
At the end of the day, I know no matter how much sugar I sprinkle on it, due to not being a mutli millionaire, I am stuck with injecting unregulated products from China and are hoping to make the best choice with the info I have.

Every batch of pharma rHGH is tested for potency, separate from "purity", because not all rHGH is active.
