Those hives were all over my body. I stopped taking motsc. My wife finished off the kit because she had no reaction to it.That is insane! Did you take an antihistamine to see if that helps?

Wich vendor? Those hives were all over my body. I stopped taking motsc. My wife finished off the kit because she had no reaction to it.
It's doesn't really matter, it was from almost a year ago. And it was a personal reaction, not a general one.Wich vendor?
PS have anyone tried SSA? wonder about there 40mg vials
Steroids.Any of you experience good strength gains on mots c. What’s the best peptide for strength increase?
MOTS-C itself doesnt do much for strength but combined with others to boost mitochondrial efficiency it can help. You will gain a lot of endurance from it though. Just be careful combining it at high doses with AAS cause of LVH.Any of you experience good strength gains on mots c. What’s the best peptide for strength increase?
as in depth as Meso can be on some topics, there is not a ton of info about Mots-C to be found. i think the protocol similar to yours to start rather than some others i’ve found elsewhere online or YT.Its the Swiss Army Knife for your Mitochondria, expect a good endurance boost, slightly lower inflammation and more
2-3mg a day is plenty, dont go above 15mg a week because of the LVH risk in combination with AAS
I wrote in depth about MOTSC somewhere but to trim it down MOTSC + SS31 and some other components for the mitochondria and you gonna see some crazy changes, positive ones.as in depth as Meso can be on some topics, there is not a ton of info about Mots-C to be found. i think the protocol similar to yours to start rather than some others i’ve found elsewhere online or YT.
i just started low for the first dose to see if there is a reaction. so far, no reaction or anything out of the norm.
i’m happy you did the work on it and shared. i prefer a more conservative approach to these peptides, especially in the beginning.I wrote in depth about MOTSC somewhere but to trim it down MOTSC + SS31 and some other components for the mitochondria and you gonna see some crazy changes, positive ones.
I tested 5mg and higher is not worth it. 1-2mg is the maintenance dose and 3-4mg is really when i noticed crazy cardio benefitsi’m happy you did the work on it and shared. i prefer a more conservative approach to these peptides, especially in the beginning.
i’ve seen some protocols call for up to 5-10mg every 3 days. heck, even ChatGPT suggest 5mg 5x a week.
i haven’t introduced anything new in a while, so it’ll be interesting i see how the research goes.
exact same experience for me, literally fell asleep on the couch every single time I've injected itI am late to this thread but the wife and I both just started MOTSC and we are only taking 1mg a day but as soon as we take it, we get seriously tired, like I can take a serious nap right after injecting.
I had no idea about mots c combined with AAS not being a good idea , I haven’t personally used it but I’ve been enjoying Slu-pp-332 and was thinking about trying mots c to increase mitochondrial function even further. Won’t be adding it in any time soon, thank you !Left Ventricular Hypertrophy.
MOTS-C is known to increase myocardial mechanic function and cardiac systolic efficiency, so heart muscles become stronger (hence MOTSC effects on lowering BP).
The logic is that MOTSC greatly up regulates and makes cardiovascular function overall much more efficient through AMPK and MTOR pathways, sensitizing tissue for growth factors and there are meta studies suggestion that it could lower mysostatin levels in heart tissues through this process which amplifies the effects of AAS on the heart.
So high doses of MOTSC+AAS not a good idea. If you are above 100KG, 3mg is fine, below 100KG 2mg daily does the job.
I personally experimented a lot of diff. MOTSC dosing and anything above 4mg gave me no additional benefits.
You can, just dont run crazy high doses of MOTSC and stick to 2-3mg a day, just to be careful ofcI had no idea about mots c combined with AAS not being a good idea , I haven’t personally used it but I’ve been enjoying Slu-pp-332 and was thinking about trying mots c to increase mitochondrial function even further. Do you mean 3-4mg a week of mots-c?I tested 5mg and higher is not worth it. 1-2mg is the maintenance dose and 3-4mg is really when i noticed crazy cardio benefits
Also higher doses of MOTSC increase risk of LVH (look at how MOTSC works on the heart and improves its function, that combined with AAS and perhaps some growth factors that are elevated such as IGF or TGF from GH/TB)
Daily shots provide you with much more stable and consistent levels, when stopping mots i noticed decrease of my endurance after the 3rd day, not rapidly but still noticeable. As for SS-31, it ranges a lot but considering its very expensive, i found to be 5mg daily together with MOTSC to be optimal for its benefits and financial efficiency
I’m pretty sure he means daily. I take 2mg a day myself.Do you mean 3-4mg a week of mots-c?
Ah, okay. I’ve heard some people say they take 1mg daily, some say they take 5mg a week, and some say they take 5mg daily I’ve been trying to find the best way to run itI’m pretty sure he means daily. I take 2mg a day myself.
