QSC had this problem for years. They claimed their machine they used to fill their vials needed to be calibrated. Not saying that is whats going on here but this is not new. They even said the same thing about leftover oil in the needle's dead space.

Damn even the old, “we didn’t keep 15% of your oils, your needle stole that 3ml from every vial” these are going to be some buff ass needles soon

They had an argument with Jano back in the old days.
Did you not read the Jano disclaimer when you purchased from the website? I'm sure you had to agree to it to purchase.

Either way, get it tested.
No reimbursement btw, majority of the sources don't reimburse.

I don’t care for the reimbursement but a refund on this BS order should be standard given how incorrect it is.

TLDR, people kept buying.

I would send the oil in for testing too.

I told Ava about the vial of frog juice missing 2mL and she said she'd throw in a free one in the next order. Just what I needed - even more Frog Juice.

I don't know, man, it does seem like she's a little sweet on me and not so much on you. ;-)

I'm someone who usually plays it safe when it comes to money. I've dealt with many vendors and not a single issue. even got a random number off the internet with no info found upon research of a domestic vendor. took a chance certainly Id take a loss on that one. nope. every single order has been solid except this one. lol. I'm cool on PPL

I certainly don't see a need to order finished products from them. Doesn't seem to be their strong suit. Guess I'll see at some point how well they've performed on raws.

They have stuff others don't right now..Like i see a MENT 100mg..It's usually 50mg. Actually my first time seeing MENT 100. Also NPP/Deca which alot of places are out of stock. I also see they have alot of EQ, no wonder there were no EQ raws to reship my seized order.

And of course..frog juice!!

I placed a domestic order for some mast raws on the 3rd. The tracking was sent on the 9th, but still no activity. Incredibly slow for domestic. I have emailed for status, but no response. Hopefully I'll receive it this month.

someone mentioned 2 weeks, or maybe it was 4 weeks on their domestic order. youll have to check the last two pages.

I actually got some EQ from them. after about the 4th week, ended up buying from a vendor who had plenty of stock and got it and another to me in 3 days.

Sounds like it might be coming internationally, why not ask for a refund.

I am not getting a response at all and I email once every 2 days..if they ever respond ill try to figure out a solution and that is if they ever respond...I came at them correctly did everything smooth and now they are leaving me hanging like a wedding dress or a nutsack

I'm the same as you. On July 4th I made the payment for Raw Masteron P. On the 14th I received a label with a tracking number and nothing has been updated yet.

My tracking number was only updated two days before delivery. So, there was no update for about 12-14 days, then it was delivered. But the game is the same everywhere, right? It's always the same with SSA, too.

Mast P raws also ordered domestic on July 3rd, tracking sent 10th, and delivered 18th.
