"Clinical opportunities for des(1-3)IGF-I have not yet been evaluated"
Des(1-3)IGF-I, a truncated variant of human IGF-I with the tripeptide Gly-Pro-Glu absent from the N-terminus, has been isolated from bovine colostrum, human brain and porcine uterus. This protein probably results from post-translational cleavage of IGF-I. Des(1-3)IGF-I generally is about 10-fold...

A person consciously turning themselves into a lab rat is one thing. When paying a coach for medical advice you are putting your life in their hands. To have them take advantage of you and use you to further their career/knowledge at the expense of your health makes them a piece of dog shit.
Exercise autonomy and make informed decisions as to who you are going to take advice from and avoid charlatans who by giving you shitty advice that could ruin your health face no concequence. Nevermind that, where is the logic in paying someone a higher hourly rate than a medical professional? A person with no medical practice or license to lose when you flop, or become disabled being their gineau pig?
There are no clinical trials that prove the drugs short half life in humans or that the effects won't be systemic with any dosing protocol. If someone tells you they have "tested DES on numerous clients" of theirs this is a major red flag. They should be wrapped up in a blanket, duct taped and beaten with boat paddles.
Looking at a number of bodybuilders that have gone down the site enhancement route many appear disfigured: massive distended guts, and odd shaped bloated muscle from synthol not to mention the kidney problems and infection.
There's also mediphorm which is supposed to be safer than synthol and less permanent but there is a risk of vascular occlusions injecting a dermal filler substance into a muscle. There's a reason people seek out plastic surgeons with a long history of positive outcomes ; probably best not to buy a bottle of UGL goop and play doctor.
In my experience anything rushed will never be anywhere close to perfection ; nothing good is going to happen overnight. Train hard, eat adequately and exercise basic logic. Place a stronger focus on the muscle groups you need to improve and relax on the parts you don't. Eventually everything will come together.
I saw a post somewhere that made sense to me about competition prep. This is not the exact quote but it was along these lines.
Don't choose a competition and begin to prepare within that time frame ; Prepare for competition, then, when you are ready, choose the venue.
