Have not tried GLP1s? I've also had binge eatng for many years amd Tirzepatide resolved it by a good 70% and I lost 30lbs. It would be way safer than the ones you listed (and probably even more effective). I'm now looking to add in wither Metformin or Cagrilintide to get it completely under control

With Retatutride, I had significantly reduced appetite only during the first week, but after that, there was no real effect. My situation is a bit different - I’m under 10% body fat (sometimes even below 6 %) and I do a lot of endurance training and physical activity overall (over 3 hours a day). The issue for me is that when any kind of stress hits, I completely lose control over food and binge eating takes over. Unfortunately, GLP-1 agonists haven’t worked for me long-term, so I’m now exploring other options.
