My experience:
- Placed an order early in the year
- They informed me that the formula of one of the blends I had ordered had been changed and asked if I still wanted it. I said yes.
- The blend showed up within a week, apparently that was domestic.
- After a month of no tracking updates on the rest of the package, I asked about status. They said it had been returned to warehouse and they would reship.
- After another month, I reached back out to them, they assured me it was still coming. In exchange for such a long wait, they offered me a very steeply discounted item that was domestic, which I accepted.
- After 3 months, I chalked it up as a loss and had given up hope, but one day it showed up.
HYB always replied to my emails within 24-48 hours, and was pleasant to deal with. All in all, there were some ~50 messages over the entire period (see screenshot).
Gear quality all seems fine, from what I've used.
Lot of QSC refugees looking for new sources. HYB has been solid by me, outside of the egregious shipping time (which I think was due to the Trump tariffs but who knows)
