Pretty pissed off. Wasted my money. You can’t even filter them out because they reform. I managed to filter it one time so far out of 5 vials, but all the rest just reform aggregates in the new vials .
That’s not great. Can you post some pics?

Higher concentration promotes easier aggregation than lower concentration. I'm not sure how much BAC you're using, but you could try 3ml, which may reverse the aggregation that's already taken place.

Of course it's still not good. Experiments have shown that certain types of rHGH degradation don't affect "purity" results. It makes it the rHGH more unstable and prone to unfolding followed by aggregation.

These types of aggregates don't slowly "grow" but instantly form at whatever size and then stop (visible filaments like yours are enormous, most of the time they'll be sub visible). They're often larger than .22um so get filtered out (or stuck in the HPLC column) prior to purity testing so again, aren't caught in results.

May have been really high temp exposure during shipping. Shipping containers can hit 150° f + in the summer.

I’m already using 2.8ml

I’m gonna be lazy since I don’t want to filter through all these pages. Are yours the 24iu green tops? Have a couple kits and about to recon one to check if that’s what you have.
Yeah that’s right. Need to shine your phone light through it to see properly.

I was trying to be a little subtle :)
This vendor (SSA) doesnt seem to give a F. Here's another option where folks haven't complained of free spooge AFAIK.

Yeah they are a little off. It’s almost like an oily appearance in them. I don’t have the large aggregates you do and it looks pretty clear until you do the flash light trick. This was reconstituted with 3ml of hospira bac.View attachment 338019View attachment 338020View attachment 338021

Just pin it bro:

“In the current study, we used recombinant GH to study the in vitro aggregation and amyloid formation.”

“GH in presence of Zn(II) ion may oligomerize instantly, which may initiate the aggregation and amyloid formation of GH.”

“Iatrogenic amyloidosis results from medical therapeutic interventions, leading to the misfolding and aggregation of proteins into amyloid fibrils or to their direct deposition in different tissues.”

“These amyloid fibrils can disrupt normal tissue architecture and functionality, leading to a wide range of clinical manifestations and incurable and fatal diseases.”

Excellent. And in typical Chinese business fashion they will completely ignore this issue and attempt to cover it up while still shipping the bullshit they’re sitting on. I’ve done easily millions of dollars worth of business with China across several industries and they all pull this shit. Not being racist but it’s a fundamental business principle they follow, they will fuck over their customers without a second thought. Thankfully I don’t have too much of this to throw out but I’ll be sticking with opti from now on.
