Been trying to buy some peptides, got in contact with "Rose" and jeez, so hard to communicate, asked 3 times if they got recent janoshik tests(posted ones are from 2024 or 2025feb), and she replied yes after 2 days, i asked to send me them but seems like i got ignored. Is it only her, or the whole source is like this?

I spoke with Ada. She is very pleasant and helpful.

I have not had contact with any other rep but Ada is good.

Don't expect to have any of your questions answered or personal opsec followed. Even if you have 100% fool proof customs clearance that requires the slightest attention to detail on their part. They will "yes, yes, yes" you and "hurry up and buy" and you will be ignored.

They much prefer to send packs and lose 3x and eventually refund my money sending elsewhere than to follow simple instructions.
 
They offer up to $300 store credit for testing a product through Jano. You can use that credit on a new order of $500 or more. You can test more products for credit, but you can only use one $300 credit per new order.
Thanks for clarifying. What if I test 2 oils (120$ each so 240$ total) can I use the credits in my next order or only one 120$ credit per order regardless of amount?

they dont have any control over who their logistics company is partnered with.

they do dhl and fedex special line delivery for 45 for europe and usa but dont know about the rest of the world.

You get up to $300 for testing one product. So if you pay $120 to test one oil, you get a $120 credit that you can use on a new order of $500 or more. If you test a second oil you can use that $120 credit on a separate new order. SSA doesn’t allow combining credits to use on a single order.

So, in short; If I test 2 oils I'll have to place 2 orders of 500$+ in order to spend the testing credits.
 
Yeah seems like they sub contract that end out.

Take product from factory to customer but has no control over logistics. Not really sure what they even do.
they are still wrong for decieving you but they're very robot like in their communication, i think they just have 1000 of orders going through everyday, they just repeat same answers. so many btc on wallets i want to move to china and start selling steroids.

My orders go through fine elsewhere so long as i present as a typical affable twat who just orders and gives his personal info and waits to see what happens.

But, as i said that way a pack loses and I have to seek out someone else to recieve every time...it's an easily avoidable headache.

This is the way with thick headed people though. I recall my days in one particular asian nation where a group of us would go to a decent restaurant. Everyones order would be taken then after everyone finished there meals 3 ppl still hadn't got their plates yet. When asking the waiter where the other food is they replied "oh we didnt have their orders, did you want something else?" long after everyone had finished their food..

Rational thought process just doesnt seem to compute I really don't get it.
 
My first and only issue so far with SSA, I received 1 of 4 kits I ordered and paid for of Mots-c10mg, the rest of the items were correct. But second oddity same order I was given FedEx tracking info and received the package today via USPS no changes to FedEx tracking info.

I let my rep know but im not holding my breath unfortunately. First and only time I didnt record opening a pack. Maybe QSC has me jaded but... I will update as things unfold.
My rep responded with "Wait a minute, I'll ask the freight forwarder to provide the logistics track".

I really hope I get the rest of my kits.
 
suppose this is good time to shamelessly shout our Micli. i forget how many orders i’ve placed with her, but i know she has been perfect. this last pack i received with the quickest delivery yet.

If you are not satisfied with the salesperson and cannot answer your questions quickly, you can replace them with new ones.
 
Just had my first issue with SSA. Ordered peptides, oils and tablets. I received all but one peptide order, no oils and no tablets. Sent messages to Rose and a dm through this site and not sure if it’s being addressed or not. Rose says she will handle it but that was over a week ago and no updates or responses.
I have already told rose that you can contact her now and she will reply quickly

if you need that quickly, you gotta order through the US warehouse. 7-10 can happen - but it’s really rare coming from China. usually be ready to wait at least 2’weeks.
 
Unfortunately I have similar experience with SSA - until you pay the communication is fine, afterwards you're pretty much ghosted.

Within past 2 months I spent couple thou with them in 3 orders.

First one was placed and paid 16th of June so 44 days ago and I still did not receive it in full :mad: A small part of it was tabs and oils - those I got in two weeks but peptides no bueno. I dealt with Ray and can't say I am happy with her. After a month had passed since the order she claimed they were recently having issues with freight forwarder in Europe and that a lot of packages were lost in transit. Then she supposedly reshipped my missing stuff but the tracking numer I got from her has not even been registered. That was almost two weeks ago.

Second order was German warehouse that states 2-4 days delivery. More like 12 in my case but at least I got it :confused:

For the last order I tried Tansy since ppl praise her. Communication standards on par with Ray. Placed and paid 16th of June, got tracking 7 days later which I kinda understand since some of my items were from the June promo that supposedly made SAA busy. Details:
- pills & oils - en route
- peptides - label created, no further info
- powders - no label, no info

So overall I can't say I am happy with SAA, I mean the pricing is fine but the delivery isn't. I tend to plan my orders in advance and I am ok with a month of waiting but anything over that makes me grumpy. It is a shame that they do not have any dedicated courier service like you know, pay extra and receive under 2 weeks. And I get that opsec is probably one of the reasons shipping takes so long plus the fact, that they use 3rd party freight forwarder they have little control over. But hey, every process can be improved, I guess as others said they make so much money that they simply don't give a rats ass about existing customer satisfaction :rolleyes:
 
SSA is the new QSC, They don't give a shit, they are drowning in money. They know people will be buying from them regardless of issues, as there aren't many other sources stepping up their game. SRY is the only one coming close I believe.

But i don't blame them to be honest, when you can provide this kind of crazy low prices no one else can, then you can do whatever the fuck you want lol
