Been trying to buy some peptides, got in contact with "Rose" and jeez, so hard to communicate, asked 3 times if they got recent janoshik tests(posted ones are from 2024 or 2025feb), and she replied yes after 2 days, i asked to send me them but seems like i got ignored. Is it only her, or the whole source is like this?
If you are not satisfied with the salesperson and cannot answer your questions quickly, you can replace them with new ones.
 
Just had my first issue with SSA. Ordered peptides, oils and tablets. I received all but one peptide order, no oils and no tablets. Sent messages to Rose and a dm through this site and not sure if it’s being addressed or not. Rose says she will handle it but that was over a week ago and no updates or responses.
I have already told rose that you can contact her now and she will reply quickly
 
Quick like 7-10 days w updates quick? I need a qsc replacement stat and this seems the closest.
if you need that quickly, you gotta order through the US warehouse. 7-10 can happen - but it’s really rare coming from China. usually be ready to wait at least 2’weeks.
 
Unfortunately I have similar experience with SSA - until you pay the communication is fine, afterwards you're pretty much ghosted.

Within past 2 months I spent couple thou with them in 3 orders.

First one was placed and paid 16th of June so 44 days ago and I still did not receive it in full :mad: A small part of it was tabs and oils - those I got in two weeks but peptides no bueno. I dealt with Ray and can't say I am happy with her. After a month had passed since the order she claimed they were recently having issues with freight forwarder in Europe and that a lot of packages were lost in transit. Then she supposedly reshipped my missing stuff but the tracking numer I got from her has not even been registered. That was almost two weeks ago.

Second order was German warehouse that states 2-4 days delivery. More like 12 in my case but at least I got it :confused:

For the last order I tried Tansy since ppl praise her. Communication standards on par with Ray. Placed and paid 16th of June, got tracking 7 days later which I kinda understand since some of my items were from the June promo that supposedly made SAA busy. Details:
- pills & oils - en route
- peptides - label created, no further info
- powders - no label, no info

So overall I can't say I am happy with SAA, I mean the pricing is fine but the delivery isn't. I tend to plan my orders in advance and I am ok with a month of waiting but anything over that makes me grumpy. It is a shame that they do not have any dedicated courier service like you know, pay extra and receive under 2 weeks. And I get that opsec is probably one of the reasons shipping takes so long plus the fact, that they use 3rd party freight forwarder they have little control over. But hey, every process can be improved, I guess as others said they make so much money that they simply don't give a rats ass about existing customer satisfaction :rolleyes:
 
SSA is the new QSC, They don't give a shit, they are drowning in money. They know people will be buying from them regardless of issues, as there aren't many other sources stepping up their game. SRY is the only one coming close I believe.

But i don't blame them to be honest, when you can provide this kind of crazy low prices no one else can, then you can do whatever the fuck you want lol

Usually, we will upload the customer's logistics tracking number within 2-3 days. If your logistics tracking number is not provided to you within the scheduled time, you need to contact the salesperson to check this issue. Regarding the transportation to Europe, there are 12 packages that might have been lost at the airport. We are also waiting for the freight company to see if they can be found. When we confirm that they cannot be found, we have re-dispatched the goods immediately. I believe this is already a very fast speed in handling the problem. The dedicated line transportation package will be updated only after it reaches the destination and passes through customs, which does not mean it has not been dispatched.

I've encountered a lot of shitty freight companies before so I may even understand it but I expect from you is the deadline. Exactly for how many days from learning about potentially lost packages do you wait until reship? One week? Two weeks? In my case Ray already claimed that she reshipped my order but now you are saying that you are still waiting for confirmation from freight. So which one is true? Looks like you are stalling and that is not fair.
 
Ordered hgh and tirz from usa warehouse great communication and delivered in 7 days from initial email to eagle landed. Maybe Im not the norm though. H10 HGH
 
Usually oils and tabs are shipped separately from peptides. Did they provide two tracking numbers?

Oh yea. And Rose sucks. lol I switched from her to ADA last year because of mistakes and poor communication.
They just provided 1. She reached out and corrected the issue. They are reshipping. Thanks for the info on the switch!

There may be some translation errors. What I mean is that once we get confirmation from the freight company that the package is lost, we will immediately re-ship it. It has been confirmed so your package has been arranged to be sent out again.

Have you noticed that every time someone criticizes SAA or any Chinese company, there are suddenly 4 or 5 messages from people saying how happy they are with SAA... how curious. :cool:
