I went from sema to reta last shot was 1mg to 2mg reta still had apetite supression just not the same and also insane energy boost i was also over 1000kcal in deficit so i could really feel the change but maybe it was couse of the glp1I actually would welcome some insomnia. It's my second try with tirz and while I really like the effects it has, I'm literally dragging ass. I fall asleep almost immediately when I sit down. I plan to switch to reta after holiday and hopefully it will get better with it
Ah man I really hope that it's the same experience for me. As mentioned, I really like the effects for my health and I can eat at 2,5mg, but don't have to. But like the first time, I'm in week 2 and the lethargy is ridiculous. I've tried to split the dose this time into 2 shots but it doesn't matter. Funny enough, I drink about a gallon plus of water a day. That's a great BP (from a longevity and health perspective).
Not sure if you track how much you drink, but GLPs reduce thirst as much as and sometimes more than appetite, You could be dehydrated, which reduces blood volume and orthostatic hypotension could result. Just another possibility...

Over 4mg i think i saw all of the gurus that sell overpriced reta claim the glucagon(part that should give u the energy boost) works the best and also saw people talk about loading phase takes 4weeks to saturate ? Not sure if there is any Truth to those claimsAh man I really hope that it's the same experience for me. Interesting, first time I heard that. Daaaang, makes sense but dang. I'm glad you pointed that out because I have been eyeballing a kit but it is a bit pricey compared to Tirz. I may just go back to low dose Tirz. I was running 2mg for a bit (4mg was too much) and I think it gave me just enough help without the added issues. From what I've read this is more common with reta than any other GLP. You could try it but be prepared. I'm thinking moving to tirz and try it out just for for the sleep issues I'm having with reta.
Yes exactly this. Reta is GIP first, then GLP1 and then GCCR.It takes 4-5 half lives to reach stable serum (blood) concentration levels. For Sema/Tirz/Reta that's about 4 weeks.
We don't have solid info regarding glucagon activation with reta, but if you extrapolate the weight loss impact of different doses from the clinical trials, it suggests glucagon effects aren't very significant until 8mg+, when baseline metabolic rate appears to exceed pre-weight loss BMR. With other GLPs, BMR keeps going down with calorie deficit and weight loss, the way metabolic adaptation usually works as it tries to conserve energy in response to a perceived food shortage.
Oh god not again.Big thanks to @readalot for his comments on the danger of cagrilinitide.
Just searched it up and looked into the fibrilis. Crazy stuff
Give me a source for this. People keep saying this with no evidence and it doesn’t jive with the results. There was no energy expenditure measurement in the trials, so we don’t have direct data. And there is no reason to believe glucagon is not activated in a meaningful way at lower doses, especially since even 4mg produces high % weight loss. Further there is barely a difference in total loss between the 8mg and 12mg groups, which doesn’t support the idea that glucagon impact and EE are accelerating at higher doses. We don't have solid info regarding glucagon activation with reta, but if you extrapolate the weight loss impact of different doses from the clinical trials, it suggests glucagon effects aren't very significant until 8mg+,
Don't worry mate I'm no longer worried about hypothetical fibrils!! I am the proud new owner of mobile gallstones hahaOh god not again.
you sure it's Tirz and not Clen or DNPBeen on 15mg Tirz for about 2–3 weeks now, and funny enough, it’s easier to handle than 12.5mg. I’m eating without any issues, hitting my calories, and the weight is still dropping - even though I cut back on cardio and eased up on training. The other day I tried to out-eat Tirz - almost managed it. Had a big meal at a restaurant and then went solo on a full 1lb tiramisu. Mission accomplished… but man, the night was rough, and by morning I was 0.5lbs lighter on the scale.

I’ve never tried pharma Tirz, only UGL. I’ve run Tirz from three different vendors here and they all worked the same for me. I know India is selling pharma Tirz now, but in my opinion it’s not worth the price.UGL or pharma?
Just seems sus that you are maxing out the dosage and not getting wrecked by it.I’ve never tried pharma Tirz, only UGL. I’ve run Tirz from three different vendors here and they all worked the same for me. I know India is selling pharma Tirz now, but in my opinion it’s not worth the price.
I’ve mentioned it in this thread before whenever I adjusted the dose. I’ve been on Tirz for over a year now. The body adapts, and appetite suppression was never my main goal. After each shot I do feel some fatigue for 2–3 days, but it’s manageable. If I’m not mistaken, a couple of guys here are on pharma Tirz at this dose and feel fine, so I don’t see anything unusual about it.Just seems sus that you are maxing out the dosage and not getting wrecked by it.
not everyone gets recked, especially after being on these drugs for a longer time. I'm on 10mg and feel zero appetite suppresion by now (tho I'm maintaining 30lbs lighter than when I started)azJust seems sus that you are maxing out the dosage and not getting wrecked by it.
I just started Tracy's 10mg Retatrutide. 7 days in.. I feel nothing and I've taken 4mg over 6 days. Going to finish the vial and give up and try the mazdutide.not everyone gets recked, especially after being on these drugs for a longer time.
