1) lost in the postal system (not uncommon, the postal system in huge and known for being a mess),
or 2) seized by customs (again, not shocking news when you keep in mind the reality that its an attempt to import illegal contraband).

This is not something complicated or mysterious -- its a lost or seized pack. No one -- not you or I, or any sources here -- have control over the postal system. Shit can happened; just like if you send me a some money in a birthday card -- it can get lost in the system or stolen along the way.

That's reality -- no need for your bullshit conspiracy theories to explain simple things that have been experienced many times over the years.

I will never show you another customer's tracking info or any other sensitive/private information.

While I have not seen his tracking myself, I am sure it is the same as the thousands of others each month.
Some may get lost and some may get seized, but clearly the vast majority make it or the source would not still be in business.

Please understand, I am not trying to be rude to you -- you came here with making a serious accusation (very disrespectful) and no proof.
I have no personal problem with you and I am still here willing to help you if you ever need some help. But, please, just think about things first before you spout bullshit accusations.

Online it is easy to be terrible like that but in-person I bet you wouldn't treat people that way -- online you forget we are all human just trying to do our work and have an income.

Again, use your brain and think logically, instead of being emotionally triggered. There are thousands of orders. If the majority of packs did not reach customers, and the source had to reship too many, there would be no profit.

This is not some small one-man homemade garage operation. This is a big company with office locations, staff, and warehouses, around the world. There are R&D staff, production line workers, warehouse workers, shippers, IT/tech support staff, Sales/Marketing/PR department, customer support staff, and even board reps, etc.

All of the operational costs, and all the the employees incomes, depend upon good business. The only way to consistently make this happen for many years (over a decade), is by conduction good successful business.
Nothing else is sustainable -- only long-term good business can achieve this success.

How long did you have to wait in total? I have a package that landed in Chicago never moved for over 2 weeks and still hasn’t moved. I never got a seizure letter either, reached out to the store support and was told to wait another 20 days.

Waited another 20 days still same issue no package and no seizure letter. Reached out to the store support again like they told and now I’m being told that US is a “high risk” region and that they are willing to re-ship but won’t be sending my original items. Instead they are offering to send “5ml sachets” basically oil in a sealed ziplock bag? Idk but oil in a ziplock bag isn’t want I’m paying premium prices for and also that probably looks way sketchier than just vials.

I would just skip ordering from this sources Intl. warehouse if you’re in the US, they said it themselves US is high risk even though they promote 99% success rates.

All I have is the same information that we have seen Pharmacom Support post here before, that in general there are restocks ever 2-4 months.
However, I don't know if the next restock will include a specific product or exactly when a restock will occur.
Therefore, I am sorry but I have no way to predict if/when the Primo will be restocked.
Usually there is an announcement when there is a restock of a highly demanded products or something that has been out-of-stock for a long time.
