HGH Taken Post Workout with Sugar?

But I want to know what makes them synergistic.

Thanks for that. I would extrapolate that to mean the two are synergistic due to the IGF-1 increase.

no, if your insulin is high it will block hgh from inreasing igf-1. you also asked me why i dont take it while insulin is high(fast for atleast 4 hours)

hgh promotes fat breakdown, insulin blocks it

hgh and insulin will increase igf-1 so the igf-1 increase from hgh will be blocked and wasted(you're basically using it for nothing).

insulin stays elevated 2-4 hours after a meal. so i always fast 4 hours to be safe
 
I was listening to the new Trensparent podcast episode where Vigorous Steve made a mention of taking HGH postworkout with sugars as being beneficial to msucle growth. Does anyone here have any experience with this, or can point me to any literature that supports this? He said it was in some study but I haven't been able to find it. I'll be taking 6iu during my growth phase and would probably split that into post-workout and bedtime doses if this turns out to be true. Currently I am taking 3iu right before bed.

forget harm reduction and effectiveness as long as we feel good, just inject its minutiae bro

moving the needle 1% in either direction is minutiae, and you don't even know which direction

based on: bro-science, speculation, and "this mechanism sounds good and I can understand it so gtg"

do you think it's more than 1% ? is timing your GH dose right what makes great bodybuilders stand out from the others ?

Fat burning:

Fasted state = low insulin = less GH to IGF conversion = More GH available for lipolysis

Recovery/Anabolic:

Fed state = high insulin = more GH to IGF conversion.= More IGF for growth

The data shows 2-3 hours after GH injection free fatty acids rise by about

50-60% fasted
30-40%,fed

So you get 50% greater fat burning potential in a 4-6 hour window post injection until you eat, insulin rises, and GH levels drop as it's converted to IGF.

thanks for this info, i was wrong!

found out high insulin also inhibits igbfp-1 and 2 so you get a bigger bang for your buck on the igf-1 increase.

its better to use hgh in fasted state for cutting, and hgh fed state or about to be fed state for bulking
 
Having done it all with GH timing.
Fasted. Pre. Post workout, before bed.
2X a day.

Never noticed anything muscle wise except with pre workout. My pumps were less dense/full oddly enough.
And before bed I sleep like shit.
I stand corrected. 2iu pre workout. Felt a better pump, but everything else is dialed in as well. So who knows.
 
@Ghoul my fasted glucose level is 95-105 with occasional 108/110 readings...(while on 3-4 iu hgh daily).

Should i take metformin to get those numbers lower or just supp with beridine or?
