MESO "Specialized" Testing Group Fund

let's not get started on optical purity of our UG tren, right?

Now we will need a chiral column too. Lol.

Thanks Peter! Haha

Uh oh. Better not talk about this.

Questions in to Jano...

Weigh in with others. Anything I missed.

Moving your questions here @AlexDavis43. The title of the thread answers your last question. The first question shouldn't be too much effort. We have lots of examples here on MESO.

Are you joining the effort?

What a nice paper...

The authors conclude 17-beta trenbolone is the base hormone used in Revalor implant. Same for 17-beta estradiol.

Now look at which enantiomers are predominantly excreted.

Perhaps we can turn this into a tren bioactivity and degradation byproducts project.

Do you know which tren ace you have in your UG gear?

The active form of TBA, the steroid 17 beta-Trenbolone (17 beta-TB), as well as its major metabolite 17 alpha-Trenbolone (17 alpha-TB), were assayed simultaneously with HPLC and on-line UV detection. The fraction containing 17 alpha-TB and 17 beta-TB (TB-fraction) was collected, and for confirmation 17 beta- and 17 alpha-TB were subsequently separated and identified by TLC. The limit of detection by on-line HPLC-UV (350 nm) was 1-2 micrograms TB/l.

Whoops...

Is your UG raw supplier giving your 17-beta trenbolone? Or is your 96% purity raw really 48%?

Enquiring minds want to know.

17-alpha trenbolone doesnt seem to be what you want in there with the righteous 17-beta trenbolone.

Same kind of deal just like estradiol.

Yeah.

With estradiol the difference in effectiveness is something along the lines of 40x between alpha and beta?

I believe we ought be able to tell them apart with NMR, but I've asked my brigthest minds to confirm.

And we're halfway there to getting our own.

Nice graphic for folks. Thank you for the reply. I will find the answer on the E2 question. Cant remember.

Clarification for the Caveman Coalition…

We understand the testing will attempt to identify the potential causes of Tren degradation.

It appears this round of testing will focus on the production end of the spectrum, the “brewing” process. E.g. brew temps, purity and condition of raw material, carrier oils/ester

We also assume long term factors on the other end of the spectrum will be cost prohibitive to study, e.g. storage conditions /time and it’s affect on finished product.

Will these results be compound specific, only pertaining to Tren? Or is there potential that the findings maybe applicable to other compounds?

Thanks

Yes.

Testing oils of various color (removing as many variables as we can). Also trying to get raws those vials were made from to test those as well.

Yep. For very sensitive API like tren, an antioxidant package may make sense for storage.

Tren only this round. Poster child for delicate API.

Thank you. Appreciate you helping to articulate the goals clearly.

Okay, can we get a head count and interest in tren project? If we get as much as the GH project we should be in good shape.

If you want to contribute react to this post.

Like: sure I will contribute under 50 bucks

Love: yes, over 50 bucks

Dislike: no contribution

Funny: you are dickhead readalot

Wow: yes, over 100 bucks

Thank you. Sorry you can't do multiple reactions.
Also react to this post above with your vote. We got a few hundred bucks pledged so far. Will probably need at least 1500 USD for this project.

I wouldn’t worry too much about pre-commitments. I think you’ll get the funding once you are ready to move forward and actually post a crypto address for donations. Might have to switch to some fundraiser tactics when it’s time. The GH thing never went anywhere, so people might be hesitant to commit before they see that it’s actually happening. This sounds plausible and doable, so I upgraded my commitment from a like to a love. I didn’t think Tren would be in the mix of things I might try, but if someone comes out with clear Tren R (Readalot ester), I’ll have to pick one up for the collectors value if nothing else.AF58515E-3308-4991-AA18-D4E0FCDEB81D.webp
