HYB is now off my trusted sellers list.
Their reshipping policy is not truthful. This is their stated policy for reshipping:
"Reissue policy: If is is seized by customs or there is a problem with transportation, it will be reissued free or charge."
I placed an order 36 days ago. It has a status of "Out for Delivery" now for 14 days.
Talked with USPS three times via phone and email and they say the package is lost and that it has an insurance claim that can be claimed now.
HYB will not reship or refund the package because "Customs did not detain it."

My rep has been Kaia. She is nice, but incompetent in resolving this issue.
I have placed multiple orders with them over the last year and a half. This is my first time having an issue with them, but unless they make this right, I will warn others about their reshipping policy.
