If you’re doing cardio, one thing I’ve definitely noticed is that it’s much harder to get my heart rate up on Ivabradine.Appreciate the info on the meds. Ive got an order in transit from 247 I placed last week just in case. My RHR was still under 90, so may not need it -- wanted it just in case. I hate the idea of having to take one drug to offset a side of another.
Hey man . What mg you of Nebivolol taking to control HGH induce elevated rhr?U wanna put money on that?
For me… 5 MG is enough. But I have tren and Reta in my cycle right now so bumped it to 10 MG.Hey man . What mg you of Nebivolol taking to control HGH induce elevated rhr?
I actually just did 2.5mg and it worked great. My rhr is back to normal. For me… 5 MG is enough. But I have tren and Reta in my cycle right now so bumped it to 10 MG.
Awesome!I actually just did 2.5mg and it worked great. My rhr is back to normal.
How long have you been on reta and at what dose?Reta and HGH elevated my RHR.
7mg Reta = 7-10 beats more
6iU HGH = 6-8 beats more
So I had like 90 RHR.
Now I take 15mg Ivabradine and RHR is around 66.
I have been on Reta about 26 weeks. The last 4 weeks at 6mg. RHR has been elevated for months (90-100) I am also on 4.8iu GH.How long have you been on reta and at what dose?
There are anecdotes of RHR issues disappearing above 6mg/wk, and Phase 3 trial data it goes away around 24 weeks.
Keep us posted!I'm hoping it continues to improve.
Nicotine definitely doesn't help. Although it's more likely to raise BP than RHR. I had to remind myself it's just a tool, and cut down from 24/7 use to only when I need it, like when I need to think or when I'm fighting. On 2iu GH & 2mg Reta. Health phase tbh.
Depending on my sodium, hydration, diet, and caffeine intake. I was consistently getting 80-90 RHR. Couple months later I’m 65-75.
Definitely think there’s an adjustment period
I also have an addiction to Nicotine pouches. So that doesn’t help either lol.
But eventually my heart rate went down.
Definitely think Reta AND GU together is the culprit. Which your body naturally adjusts to it and levels out later on.
We’ll see what happens when i move to 4IU daily. Gotta get my ferritin fixed first
Interesting with the sodium. I’ll have to check my labs for that as well. Definitely have noticed increased sodium/electrolytes make me feel a tad better.Keep us posted!

Another note, reta tanked my sodium. I have to intentionally eat extra to stay above 135 mmol/L. All other electrolytes normal. Very strange.
I did my first cycle this year. Before my cycle I ran up to 5 iu of GH no issues at all with my rhr . A month into the cycle the hr was constantly between 85 to 100 especially after lifting weights or eating. Im off the cycle now and it been better sitting around 55 to 65 if im doing 2 ius. I ramped up slowly im back to 6 iu and my rhr went up a bit . Yesterday I took 2.5 nebivolol for the first time ever and it went back to normal. Today I haven't take any Nebivolol all is well . Curious what it will be like tomorrow since Im not taking Nebivolol.Currently I’m on 4IU of GH along with 8mg Reta and 200mg Test/week. RHR has gone up significantly, I used to average around 65-70 and now it sits around 90-95. It’s worse about 15-20 minutes after waking up too, I’ll check my blood pressure and it’ll be fine around 120/70, but my HR is 100-110. I have some Nebivolol coming in soon so hopefully that helps the situation and brings me back to a normal RHR.
Are you saying ss-31 improved your cardio? What was your protocol and what did it do to your RHR?Then, ss31.
Improved cardio
I haven't tried it, this isn't an endorsement, but people here swear by KPV (and KLOW) for skin health.HGH fucks up my RHR, HRV, and even AHR if I’m not drinking a gallon of water a day and managing electrolytes, eating too much sodium especially late day, or being lazy about cardio. I can also see it make my skin look crappier instead of better if I’m not doing the above. As long as I’m on game my heart starts moving back to baseline pretty quick and my skin looks younger instead of older.
