He's having to reconstitute too often with the lower dose vials, so he wants to use the gold tops that tested at about 40iu, giving him about 10 days before he has to reconstitute another vial.
You should review only after you have gotten your order.

I'm working up to 5iu a day target. Can you really let HGH sit for 8 days like that?
I ask now because I'm about to make a big order. Was going to pay extra for 10mg vials so I could do 1 every other day.

Yes it will be fine - keep it refrigerated once reconstituted, of course.
I have worked up o 7.5iu/day with the 40iu kits which is convenient, only need to mix a new one up every 5-6 days. If you have small vials ~10iu and don't like having to reconstitute so frequently, can also mix up three at time and combine in one single 3ml vial giving you 30iu, or can transfer even more into a larger sterile vial.
I think my 5ml/60iu green top vials (and some mast/primo) will be here on Monday - they showed up in my Informed Delivery and are just one state away. I have not filtered GH but maybe will try it - typically if I see aggregates I figure it is just reducing the potency a little bit and not harmful... at least that is how I justify not using a filter.
Recommend skipping the step of combining the smaller vials....unless you are filtering....only makes sense if filtering. otherwise just mix up three and us 'em one at a time.

It's fine. My personal limit for reconstituted GH in the fridge is 10-14 days, but many people go up to a month without reporting any noticeable reduction in potency.
Not with opti's optitropin or gold tops no I never filtered it. Never needed to cause it always looks clear.

You can't go wrong with the grey Optitropin. I am trying the golds and may go back depending on how things go. I have followed a lot of reviews on the golds and haven't seen anything bad yet. The jano report seems good as well.
Damn. Wish more HGH came in 10mL vials instead of 3mL. Might save some cash. Thanks!
I've been putting 2ml of water in the gold 40s and taking 20 unit shots for my 4iu. Seems to be working fine.
just buy some empty 10ml vials and transfer

So I can get 36iu 3mL vials, dilute with 2.5mL, transfer and filter to 10mL and add more water to making injecting 4-6iu more feasible?just buy some empty 10ml vials and transfer

yes, people do this. I haven't filtered any of Opti's gear yet. If golds somehow don't work for me, I will do this with Optitropin grey tops and recon 3-5 vials at once.

With careful inspection I can see tiny floaters in some of my gold top vials, and I'm always very careful during reconstitution (break vacuum and slowly drip BAC down the vial side, gentle swirl only to help dissolve). I don't notice any different effect from these vials and have not filtered any; at the worst I suspect I'm losing a tiny% of product in the form of biologically unavailable aggregates. Same applies to 24/36iu kits I have from SSA, so it may just come with the territory of higher iu vials. The K4L supreme vials I have, on the other hand, would almost always would mix cloudy - and they worked too. The lower iu vials I had from HunterPharm and Meditrope always mixed clear.
I'll have Opti green tops here Monday, and will see how they mix up and report back. The 5ml vials are certainly nice to have.
All generic kits regardless of seller (grey/black/blue/gold/green/whatever tops) are made in China, probably from a handful of different manufacturers. Only GH made in USA is true pharma grade (Serostim, Norditropin, Omnitrope, Genotropin, Nutropin) which are expensive af and/or hard to source, not to mention there is a lot of fugazi product out there if not getting it from a pharmacy or an established source. I suppose the new long acting GH products (NGenla, Skytrofa, Sogroya) should be included in that too.

I don't think any floaters are acceptable with Opti's gear. I'd email him. I wouldn't inject it imo.
