Giant Semaglutide Thread (and other GLP-1 / GIP agonists)

Sry? you mean SSA?
Also what's the dosage of Cargilintide? I know it's a Amyelin receptor agonist, but trough what mechaniam does it supress appetite?
No I mean SRY, it’s a source on Meso.

And I don’t get into all that “thru what mechanism” try it out and if it doesn’t work so be it but many many ppl are having good results. Or don’t try it.

Started Reta at 1mg 4 weeks ago. Moved to 1.5mg 2 weeks ago. Love the stuff

I hate the term “food noise” but it really has reduced mine just enough that I’m not watching the clock all day waiting for my next meal. Currently cutting but food is still relatively high, I have no issues getting in all meals with ease. No sides to report aside from a little acid reflux the first week.

is it that powerfull? I know many were disappointed by CagriSema but never heard of it stacked with Tirz. Will look into it more, thanks
I have added cagri at .25mg to my tirz and it has tremendously suppressed my appetite. I also had a few nauseous days. Nothing a pill or two of Zofran couldn’t cure. I’m in week 3 at that dose. I plan on staying at this dose because it’s working.

Damn you didn’t get hit with nausea yet lucky you 1mg has me nauseated somedays

How are you guys eating on Reta? I've done 2 shots of reta (1mg each) and I'm feeling like I'm disappearing, no hunger, no appetite, fasted BG dropped from 108 to 88 after the first shot. I just wanted not to think about food, but Ive lost 4 kg in 4 days, this shit is criminal, no more excuses to be fat
I’ve been eating fine been on it for about 5 weeks now at 1mg and I’m on a reverse diet coming out from a show and food is continuing to get higher some meals I get a bit nauseated but other than that feel fine and condition has been holding well

I’d say if you’re appetite isn’t reduced its under dosed or bunk. Amazing sources are difficult to obtain

If you have tolerance then you more than likely went too high in dosing or used it too often

not everyone responds like that. Some feel barely anything until the higher doses. you're a lucky bastard

Might be lucky, but will up the dose this coming week as hunger, appetite and food noise are coming back. Which is very sad as I was enjoying not thinking about food at all once in my life
it's normal. as you loose weight the hunger and food noise will come back at every dose. At first 5mg Tirz made me completely not care about food and killed my appetite, it was amazing. lost about 20-22lbs and hunger came back strong. eventually upped to 10mg, lost another 6-7lbs, hunger is now back again, but still I'm maintaining 30lbs lighter than when I started.

That's my training of thought something that I've noticed is that Cagri doesn't seem to have had any effect after the 1st pin

it takes 4 week to reach peak concentration at any dose because of the half life. it's normal that the first shot of any dose you're unlikely to ser any significant appetite suppression unless you are a hyper-respondet. I'll also add Cagrilintide on top of my Tirz since I am getting heavily diminishing returns from Tirzepatide.

The thing is I noticed it's effect on the first pin, but not after... might up the reta and leave the cagri as is and later increase the cagri

most of the effect is in the first week though, the increases especially after week 2 are much smaller.
