Nope I’m a bodybuilder so not trying to tank my appetite but seen plenty of feedback herehave you used tirz?
yeah , they made reta to not effect appetite, i forgot about thatNope I’m a bodybuilder so not trying to tank my appetite but seen plenty of feedback here
I can’t speak to it in terms of adding it with Reta because I have never used Reta before but I can tell you that adding .25mg once a week with tirz has cut the hunger way way down. I was only able to eat one meal yesterday and I couldnt even finish it. I was still able to get 2 protein shakes in though. Hope you can dial it in before your shoot.Because reta does not suppress my hunger, I am going to add cagrilintide for the last 3 weeks of the cut. I was thinking of 0.25 mg per week, divided into 2 doses. Hopefully it will work quickly.
Does anyone have experience with the dosage and possible combination of reta + cagri?
In addition, I have a photo shoot planned in 3 weeks. Now I read that some people have difficulty filling out they physique due to the reta. So they remain flat, despite peak week/carb load. What is your experience with this?
Im using both reta and cagri at 1mg reta EOD and .5mg cagri once weekly, first 10 days no appetite no will to eat, as weight has dropped appetite has come back, I'd suggest to start lower than I did and titrate up as hunger/appetite increase/decrease. Cagri has a quite long half life and everyone is pinning once weekly from what I've seen, try it split up and let us know how it goesBecause reta does not suppress my hunger, I am going to add cagrilintide for the last 3 weeks of the cut. Yeah I started at 250mcg eod for 3 weeks then recently went up to around 400mcg EODIm using both reta and cagri at 1mg reta EOD and .5mg cagri once weekly, first 10 days no appetite no will to eat, as weight has dropped appetite has come back, I'd suggest to start lower than I did and titrate up as hunger/appetite increase/decrease. 250mg EOD right at the start? Seems quite high as a starting dose, from what I’ve read.Yeah I started at 250mcg eod for 3 weeks then recently went up to around 400mcg EOD
but are you leaner than when you started?I wanna say it feels so bad when the hunger comes back. I battled my weight my whole life. every time I lost weight I'd be in this chronic state of intense and extremely urgent hunger and I was I felt always on edge, like a fight or flight mode.
I eventually got on Tirzepatide and 5mg changed my life, I tought I was finally done with struggling with this bullshit. but eventually it came back, upped to 10mg and the same thing happened. I'll keep upping and/or stacking with other compounds but god damn it feels like a life-long curse.
Like I'll have to be going insane with hunger 24/7 for my whole life to not be fat or what?
yes, much leaner. But still, it sucks so bad to be back to struggling with hunger and trying to control binge eating all the time.but are you leaner than when you started?
you think you'd blow up if you ate normally?yes, much leaner. But still, it sucks so bad to be back to struggling with hunger and trying to control binge eating all the time.
well if I ate normally I'd probably gain maybe 10-15lbs, not the 35lbs I lost so far but still. When I was 35lbs heavier it's not like I was doing notiing with diet and excercise. I was traning hard af (actually much harder than I train now because I had more energy) and I was doing my best with my diet, if I had been eating whatever I wanted even back then I'd have been obese as shit.you think you'd blow up if you ate normally?
maybe you have been in a deficiet for awhile and you can get away with some more food or if youre using AAS its increasing your appetite, I increased my cals a lot on tirz and i think most of the weight gain has just been glycogen so far. regardless, you are burning a lot more fat than without it so
thanks for the advice but I don't think it would be my thing. I'd been severly binge eating most of my life and it's a real struggle for me. even now that I'm no longer overweight I'm constantly dealing with cravings and urge to eat. With Tirz every dose had fixed this issue until I lost x amount of weight and it came back (I know this is how glp1s work)I say go for binge eating one night before bed , it’ll help sleep massively and eat those cravings out. Let’s say 2,500 calories or less, maybe 3 k
As far as bodybuilders who struggle with getting stage lean, glps of any kind can assist, starting a few months before stepping on stage
Gone are the days of early two thousands where bodybuilders gain thirty plus lbs of fat above stage weight. That stretches the stomach, obliques and can take years to shrink back, if you are young enough and or skin elastic enough, and you didn’t go too far
I know when I was mid twenties staying lean was easy. Now in mid forties, Skin is different , and brain and body has changed, as expected
What’s your cardio and weight training per week look like ?thanks for the advice but I don't think it would be my thing. Full body 3x week, low volume, every set taken to failure or beyond. Cardio I do it whenever I'm not too much of a lazy fuck to do it, usually 15min of stairmaster or elliptical 3-4days a week and I walk or bike everywhere I go. I wanna strat doing cardio daily but need to add in some mitochondrial efficiency supplements or peptides because I'm really low energy. What’s your cardio and weight training per week look like ?
Really thinking you should give Reta a try. It’s been known to increase energy and hold on muscle while losing fat. Time for a change brother. Are you on test at least? nope, still relying on my balls for the time being. only Tirz and L-Carnitine. the Carnitine is a nice fat burner but doesn't really give me more energy. Also I probably have hypothyroidism, once my my paycheck hits I'll get bloodwork to check a bunch of stuff.Really thinking you should give Reta a try. Once I finish the Tirz I got I might consider switching to Reta
