So you think 2iu wouldn't have much effect on your cystatin c/kidney markers?

For me, any dose at all seems to jack up my BP by 10-15 points, to the point where I need max dose 80mg telmisartan and 10mg ciln CCB. This means it's adding a lot more pressure on my kidneys.
I simply respond badly I guess. On the other hand, I'm 40 and probably could benefit from low dose GH.
Regardless, I ASSUME I can run 1g of test much more safely than 500mg test and low dose GH.
Either way, I simply give up on it for now.

Interesting. Thanks for sharing. I've read online that higher doses of HGH cause hyperfiltration in the kidneys, but replacement doses may help to improve function (through IGF1 increase).
I've not found my blood pressure increases much but I'm not on a lot of gear. I'll keep an eye on it thanks.

You can use Ciln as a precaution against excess kidney pressure from rHGH, since the mechanism of its renal protective properties is relaxing both intake and outflow vessels (other BP meds only relax one side).

Yeah ok thanks Ghoul. I have my current stack sorted tho? 40mg telmisartan, 25mg metoprolol succinate and 5mg Cialis.
I haven't found a compelling argument to switch from that yet. I looked into the Clin but it's not approved in Australia and I get my BP meds through the PBS (cheap).
What drug are you referencing with Clin?

Cilnidipine, 4th generation calcium channel blocker. Like amlodipine, but superior in every way.
For me HGH without Eplerenone is 135 systolic, with 100mg daily Eplerenone it’s 105-110, no other diuretics. Also no fat face or numb hands but still fullness.

I was originally prescribed metoprolol, but had my Dr switch me to nebivolol as I felt like it would be a better overall option as a beta blocker for me. I'm currently on Telmisartan 40mg, cilnidipine 20mg, and nebivolol 10mg.
Here's a little rundown comparing metoprolol to nebivolol;

I got fatigue on 10mg Nebivolol, especially when I took it within 3-4 hours of going to the gym. I lowered it to 5mg and I’ve felt fine since.

Thanks mate. My case is a little bit different and I appreciate your message.
I have paroxysmal afib and metoprolol is a beta blocker with excellent rate control. I switched to succinate because in Australia it's prescribed for LVH and heart failure. I figured I could benefit from the reduction in left ventricle as last time I checked I had slight thickening of the left ventricle and atrial stretch.
This is probably due to obesity and untreated sleep apnea (I've never touched steroids until my nuts stopped working and I started TRT, heart issues predate gear). I'm on a cpap now.
I was originally prescribed metoprolol tartrate but it doesn't last long enough to help with LVH.
I did look into nebivolol for the reasons you cited, however I figured adding Cialis would kinda get me most of the way there. The final thing keeping me on metoprolol is it offers better rate control.
Placed an order with them quick to respond for payment info sent info but haven't heard back? We shall see.
