That's my grievance too, at least refund the profit.I've seen shops have this policy before but I've never encountered a shop that fails to deliver, pockets the profit and then ghosts questions from a customer that obtained zero value after handing you a bunch of money.
Putting no effort into getting it through customs (mine was not opened or inspected, it was just straight bounced back to sender) then restocking your product and pocketing the profit is shady af.
