Hello guys, my first post.
I had a first cycle of 13 weeks of 300 test/300 mast.

Now my second cycle I tapered slowly and so far have no sides except night sweats, and some appetite suppression. blood work is pristine with my supplement support. Currently on week 15 I think, on week 20 I think is where I either lower the dosages or continue based on bloodwork, now I assumed to lower it a tad bit, however it feels like my body prefers anabolics as you will see literally the perfect response from my body.

This is my cycle excel sheet. Used different brands based on availability. One company that stayed the same was Beligas Etho-Test. The rest of the compounds have been using a place called Platinum Biotech. My source is in the middle eats so a little different companies, but my source is known to provide 100% guarantee quality and I trust him a lot and is the most popular source here and most expensive as that seal of guarantee is what makes him pricey, he even gets Pharma grade gh that is refrigerated and provided by the pharmacies. However I travel back to the US and have to find new sources that are a bit more budget friendly than a $75 bottle of masteron prop. HGH has been sourced from Chinese peptides companies confirmed with a gh serum test. I started with a 10IU HGH blast to accelerate the fat loss and got little water retention. I tolerate compounds perfectly.

* btw my gh serum test was done post 4iu injection, and has a second page with my other blood markers*

This is my lipid profile on my 5th week of tren. LDL being under reference is mind boggling. Prolactin was just at the lower reference range with 0.5 caber, which means my prolactin was pretty good to begin with. Total T and E2 were done on Monday and my injection was on Saturday, goal was to measure the trough of my test level and see the worst case total t and my test levels were perfect with my 720mg test dose. E2 was a tad bit above reference but for my test dose its perfectly level. Also no acne, high test bloat or skin issues or bp issues. My cbs is not showing but I did test it, perfect CBC, all within reference.

With my cycle supplement support, eGFR kidney value is better than baseline even with tren, and also my ALT and AST don't be alarmed, it;'s exactly like my baseline as a natural, I had mild elevation as a natural, plus training a lot of the week middle elevates it due to muscle breakdown and stress but considering this stack, even if it was above baseline that's pretty good. Only reason I stopped at 520mg tren (bumped it from 480mg) is avoiding permanent side effects and irreversible neurological damage.

Cycle Support: Multivitamin, Omega 3, Citrus Bergamot, KSM066, Magnesium Glycinate, Tumeric/Curcumin, Sam-e, Astragalus, red rice yeast + comq10, Cialis 10mg, dandelion root 2g, Tudca, NAC, 2g metformin ir, 2g metformin XR, 30IUs Lantus, gda clinically dosed. (split to 2 injections to avoid ir and lower blood glucose levels). all are clinically dosed, and on the mid-high end dosage within the safely consumed dosages long term, nothing exaggerated. tbh some say some of these compounds are not that effective and it's marketing, however on my first mild cycle, my lipids tended to go a bit higher, however with adding red rice yeast + comq10 and tumeric/curcumin, I saw a big difference. dosages matter of course.

I am 21yrs old, 5 foot 11, 95kg. 12-13% bf, before the compounds I was around 16% and did an aggressive cut however I was so close to that 10%, with my calculation I hit it probably but after adding HGH everything got skewed so know I can't confidently assume 10% and now its a conservative estimate of 12/13% bf.

As a natural my maintenance is 2900 calories, however I did a deep researcher with chat gpt and it said my guaranteed maintenance, should be 3890 cals during peak anabolic, I'm at week 15 I think. My main concern is gaining fat, for now I want to recomp as im in my 3rd yr of training and 2nd cycle as with these record high dosages and first time compounds I can build so much without needing to do a hard bulk and I prefer the gaining around maintenance, as I don't want to become a big ass open physique bodybuilder, I don't want to be too big as to where my muscle mass will literally be too much for my body to handle and thus shorten my life (ik its ironic I'm saying that and taking anabolics). so I'm trying to eat as much as possible without gaining fat. diet is perfect and clean with optimal macros, sleep is perfect, training is perfect and never had a cheat or extra rest day.

Gains are steady, main concern is water retention from HGH, water retention from my anabolic is non existent, but getting from hgh water retention but progress is promising with managing it, almost there, blood sugar levels are perfect and checked multiple times daily. My deus chem Cialis feels pretty shit, even if I forgot my dose I feel the same and on weekends I up it to 20mg and feel noting extra.

2 main concerns I would like to help with is:
- perfecting my nutrition, its hard to perfect it when I'm kinda higher than average responder and am gaining a good amount of muscle each week as these are first times compounds and recored high dosages so I am very anabolic and weight is unstable. so finding good resources to assess where my maintenance calories could be is preferred. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
- finding a good source in the US that is a bit cheaper, like at least getting a vial of test for less than $45-50, that's feels like a small ask. and most have masteron out of stock so finding something I can trust and have my anabolic in stock is a must.

I honestly kept everything low. But sides are non existent. I titrated up slowly and even with all these androgens I feel nothing. It's risky yes, but minimizing most of the risks. The crazy part is my bloodwork is better than baseline and no hematocrit/bp/mental/sleep Issues. I'm keeping the tren cycle shortish as to not build up any permanent neuro damage. Honestly, another bonus is that I'm on vacation rn so having tren allows me to eat a shit ton by increasing my TDEE by a lot. I do plan to do a long 20 weeks 120-150mg TRT dose cruise after these blasts to reset all my HPTA suppression. Like I understand these doses can cause a shit ton of issues to many people, but my body is literally having the time of its life.
 
Another 4 weeks of cycle then. Will you also post the blood tests after the cycle? But no side effects even in the weeks with 480 mg of Tren? Are you sure they're all good products?
 
I’m sure it’s legit, it’s beligas, I know many people here don’t like them but my mast/test is always 100%, and in the middle east 75% here use it. other people in my gym are in competitions using the same gear. I also tried another brand that’s popular here and same results, I’m confident its working as pure calorie standpoint I increased above my base maintenance by 500 calories and getting leaner. I did get a shit ton of night sweats and some dip in my eGFR. I will post bloodwork 5 weeks post tren. I’ll be switching to masteron enanthate and axle lab test e so I will definitely be testing again to check my Test and E2 levels.
 
Where did you get your hgh from out of interest?
All I can say is try heading to the steroid underground section, look at sources that suggest they have HGH and look at the thread and see people's feedback. Everything is there, just need to search for it.

If this is your second cycle, and you already mess with caber, and so, on you need to be careful moving forward if your cycles will potentially have such increased aggression.

yeah I forgot to mention my diet. It’s as clean as it gets. It wasn’t nutrition that needed perfection it was just trying to figure out my maintenance as the hgh was skewing the scale for a few weeks but figured out a week or two later.

I dropped the caber as it seems I didn’t really need it. The prolactin test was a one off, retested and I didn’t need it.

Post tren, my kidney markers are better than my baseline, lipids are solid, liver is same as baseline. I know I shouldn’t have used tren at such high dosages but the lack of sides just made me wanna see how far I can go.

I did a an Echo which came back clean. I am still confused how I get no sides on tren, but I have to limit exposure to reduce the damage accumulation.

I was previously obese and throughout my journey I have tracked evey calorie even on vacation for the past 4 years. Not knowing my guaranteed maintenance was very off putting for me but I did manage to figure it out.

My Ha1bc also came back better than baseline, my BG control was very good specially on a hgh blast.
 
Right now on 750mg test/400mg mast e/4ius hgh/40mcg IGF1 lr3.

Doing an aggressive cut for 6-10 weeks depending on how it goes. Trying to hit single digit so I can lean bulk throughout my next blast, and hopefully not gain as much fat so I can cut down easier and faster in the spring.

Using 60mcg t3/120mcg clen with ketotiffen. My RHR has been at a steady 84bpm. Usually drops within a week or 2. I have done clen before and tolerated very well.

Another update on the previous cycle, lantus was a bad choice and it blunts fat loss from hgh so I dropped it fairly quick. Metformin was tapered to 1g a day after I stopped 10ius hgh and went to 8ius. And I forgot to mention I use Telmisartin, Jardiance, Eplerenone.

Mainly for CV protection and Jardiance to help with

BG now at 75mg/dL am fasted.

Also I wanted to say I rly appreciate ur hard work and dedication, I loved reading through your cycle log. I haven't read every cycle log ever but damn, your one consistent and determined MF, keep up the great work.

Oh yeah man hgh will 100% add a couple pounds for every few iu. Once it stabilizes it should be about the same. Especially when you add it the first time

That’s totally fair about the tren, just looking out because it can be a slippery slope. Damage might not be instant on the blood work and can be cumulative. Since it’s only your second cycle just wanted to give a shout about it.

That’s great about all the other blood work and that youre on top of all the heart health stuff etc. honestly Imo conservatively blasting tren on occasion isn’t gonna be that bad but 500+ isnt conservative and for a starting point it’s spooky. One experiment is what it is so I guess if you look at the bright side earlier to learn earlier rather than later hahaha.

Thanks bro I appreciate it, seriously. I started the log just to stay accountable and make sure I’m consistently moving forward haha, but now it’s just a habit. Looking forward to seeing your progress on the journey if/when you post it
