The bad news is that I won't be able to get my sister to try it. (I'd try it if I had Raynaud's, but I don't have Raynaud's.)
Well, once it's approved she can ask her doctor for it to be prescribed.

(Cilnidipine + tadalafil) is under clinical development by AISA Pharma and currently in Phase II for Raynauds Disease.
Sadly, while we can put that combo together for 20¢ via India pharma (for now), the approved "orphan drug" brand name combo pill will likely be $30-50 per pill, lol.
