Taking both tb4 and tb500 at the same time? Also dosing

Wondering if there would be any benefit of taking both along with bpc 157

The research seems lacking and opinions seem inconsistent, I've heard people say the frag has everything needed in the 7 parts, I've heard people say the full chain with all 43 amino acids has benefits on healing that the 7 does not. But the frag has significantly more of those 7 parts which may be the most beneficial parts for healing and a longer half life if I'm not mistaken?

Would it be worth taking both?

Also in regards to dosing I've seen people dose pretty high here. What are dosing reccomendations for tb4, tb500 and bpc 157. Everywhere else seems to only reccomend 500 MCG a day, but people here seem to experiment with doses in the mg.

I'm happy to experiment with higher doses as I'm quite desperate to heal so what do people reccomend

My igf1 was 25.0 nmol/L with a reference range of 12.8-37.6

Not sure how good or bad that is or what it means
your results equate to 191 ng/ml (USA version) and the average is @117-329 ng/ml for age group 21-25 so you fall within the normal range (not to high or low) you stating "your not sure how good or bad that is" tells me your not very versed or educated in hgh use, What type of injuries are we talking about? Many factors go into hgh treatment, including Water intake/diet/ dosing protocol, so i don't have a recommendation other than get yourself completely dialed in with water/diet/excercise, then reassess moving forward,

I am dialed in with those things in terms of normally. I'll have to research what changes need to be made when taking gh. I know there's something about carbs and insulin resistance and stuff I'll research into it

I have a tfcc tear, shoulder instability, proximal bicep tendonitis, and in the knee I have internal bone brusing, Hoffas fat pad impingement, high riding patella and a MCL and meniscus tear

your injuries need medical attention first, then after the recovery phase (surgery etc), in the meantime, Bpc157/Tb4-500 and a modified training to prevent further injury, Dose your Bpc157 in the 2-5 mg daily and do as much tb product as you can afford , i really like tb's to be at least 2 mg daily and i have went as high as 6 mg Bpc157 and i think 3-5 mg Tb frag , Get yourself fixed first man working around injuries is no fun

The doctors and physios want me to do physio first and try and heal without surgery which I'm doing everything I can do aswell as I can with the physio

I appreciate the dosage advice I will try the higher doses to see if they help

So you think hold off on gh for now?
