Power through or adjust dose HGH sides

So far, everything has been roses while trying different compounds, until I started 2 IU of HGH. I almost immediately gained a noticeable amount of water weight, on top of the already impressive amount I’d put on from Test and NPP.

Anyway, the main issue after about two weeks is that my forearms feel puffy and somewhat painful, like I’m on the verge of developing tendinitis. Over the last few days, I’ve also noticed that it’s harder to get a deep breath. I’m not short of breath and can get through my workouts fine, but it’s becoming a bit uncomfortable.

I’m debating whether to power through and hope the sides ease up in a week or two, or to skip a couple of days, restart at 1 IU, then bump to 1.5 IU after a couple of weeks before working back up to 2 IU.

Thought?

start over , thats a good plan, I had to do a "re-boot" when i first started hgh, i got lower leg edema from starting to quick to high and when water intake was inadequate, how much water do you drink in a day? How much cardio do you get in? How is your diet? These are all very important , especially water intake, but nothing wrong with startin* over

I drink plenty of water, I do a lot of kettlebell complexes and also incline walking, I track my calories, I was eating 2500 a day but transitioned to 2000 a day for about a week now.

I’ve heard some say that cutting down the dose works fine and others say you have to completely stop and start over at a lower dose.

its very individual in terms of "what works for some" , so you can just "adjust accordingly", if you cant get any relief from lowering, then re-boot and start over, your not gonna "lose much" of anything accept maybe more water weight i suppose, Good luck on your journey

I'd stop completely asap and take a break. 1-2iu is a very low dose imo and shouldn't bring on sides. You have some that come with high levels of HGH injections. Have you ran blood tests lately? Check all that, IGF levels etc. Please check your source as well. It may be bunk, fake or stronger than you think. Be safe my man.

I had significant joint stiffness on 6ius. Tried to fight through it for 3 weeks then dropping dose. Ended up having to take time off from lifting due to how stiff and painful my joints were. Hip, shoulders, and bottom of feet were almost unbearable. Developed De Quervains in my right hand which required a cortisone injection to eliminate the inflammation.

I reset and took 1 month off. Back on at a 3iu with no more issues and sticking at 3iu much longer than a month like last time.

It may get better or worse. Personally for me, I would reset but it may work to drop the dose and see how it goes. Depends on how much it effects other aspects of your life.
