I've tested my self on different esters and get my labs done and my doctor knows what I take and doses. I know which ones I respond to better and at my age he wants me at a certain range. It's all about chemistry and timing. I've been at this for a long time and have posted and conversed with Emric on PM. You might learn a little something if you do a little research!

Low dose cialis has pretty much made my Raynaud’s nonexistent. My hands used to regularly go numb even running in the blistering heat, not an issue anymore.

5mg daily is the usual dose for women with Reynaud's. It's not sex specific and typically no side effects after a month (sometimes there's a little congestion and mild back ache for a few weeks then goes away after adjusting to the medicine.

It's much more effective combined with a calcium channel blocker. Either nifedipine or amlodipine is the usual in the US.

(however Cilnidipine from India pharma is more effective and with an even lower risk of side effects. )

All these meds lower blood pressure so that should be checked after starting to make sure it's not being driven too low.

I use 2.5mg daily. I got lazy and didn’t split pills a few times, and it dropped my bp too low. I already tend towards being hypotensive though. I haven’t gone through a full cold season yet to see if this is enough without a calcium channel blocker. Just got back from Colorado and did a 12k hike without any problems, where last year on an 8, my hands and toes were numb. It’s a weird sensation now where I can feel the cold/numb try to come, but it doesn’t set in.

Has your wife tried the hand/foot warmer pouches? I’ve used them before and it helps to at least not get to excruciating pain level numb.

Let's just say when i was competing I put on an inch on my arms when I did site injections. And overall pumps and growth from the rest of the muscle groups were outrageous to the point I couldn't finish my sets! Ended up placing 3rd that year in the John Sherman classic! And use it here and there when I hit plateaus. And there is my story!

Were you pinning the muscle groups you were targeting before going in at the gym or just pinning im anywhere

I looked and was tempted however he did inform me none of the Canadian stock has any jano testing if that is of concern. That said there is a new peptide testing service available within Canada and might be a new avenue to explore.
