Ordered on the 11th, hit UAE on the 22nd, made NY on the 27th - showed up in my mailbox today.

I reached out to the Zone asking if they could get Imeglimin. They responded with “we don’t have a price list to provide. Please order on the website”. I then responded with Imeglimin isn’t on the website. I wasn’t asking for a price list. They responded with “it’s not available”
What shitty service. lol. I’ve gotten quotes from 3 India Pharma sources who all took the time to look for it and send a quote.

I’ve had one shipment seized and the reshipment has been in Customs 7 days. From another source. So I’m looking at the Zone and 24x7 as they seem to be having more shipping success.

I got a reply from Ray stating they cannot procure this substance.
There's actually quite a few medications the 2 pct vendors here cant source, tbh it feels almost like they purchase from the same supplier.
We currently do not have any items in transit. I recommend considering our warehouse in India, as it provides quick shipping to the UK with no recorded seizures. Thank you.

Pct.zone took my payment but never shipped the product.
It’s been over 30 days now, and despite multiple attempts to reach them through Telegram and email, I’ve only received an automated or pre-written responses.
At this point, it appears this vendor may have scammed me.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to recover my funds or a contact person I can reach out to?

I'm waiting to receive my first order from these guys but mine seems to be moving normally. I'm curious what happened differently for you than me.
When I check my status, it says "Order #xxxx was placed on September xx, 2025 and is currently Completed" and "Order picked up by Parcelsapp on September xx, 2025 Tracking code: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

Interesting. When I first ordered I had X tracking number. 10 days later PCT (Ben) emailed me and said Emirates changed the tracking number to Y. Y got stuck in NY. Now the reship tracking is same exact tracking number as X.
When I track X via the tracking website, it shows all the history of Y (stuck in NY).
