I'd be furious.
Why would someone make an additional order if a lot of their last order was missing? I certainly wouldn't another order until they sent what I paid for.

I am at 3 weeks now with no confirmation my order is being processed or tracking and the rep went no contact post payment.

I placed a little 1g order with harlan. Paid last night, he got back to me this morning and said he'll have tracking 2-3 days. So they're still operating. I took a shot with a small order just because I mayyyy need a few items. So we'll see. Harlan was easy to work with

Yep. Chinese often intentionally leave a little out of an order, only offering to correct on the "next order".
This happens in many contexts, known as a "pig butchering" tactic.
I try to only order a single compound at a time to minimize the risk of this. It's a lot easier for them to pull that scam when it's several different items.

I 100% started doing relatively the same thing. I have had enough of that bull shit. I try to stick with one main item i order in full for the best price/ option & anything further is one single of that item and a very short list.
Put in my first order, some oil & peptides. Cavan was easy to communicate with and made the ordering process feel a bit more human than others ive used recently. I will update how long it takes to get tracking and all that.
I wish there was more testing but the things I did open on there website with the Jano posted looked good.
