Hi,

I am new here but already created a couple of threads.

Quick story:
Ex drug addict and alcoholic. Sober 14 years now. Spend my young years in a bad enviorment on the streets...
I always been lifting weights and doing martial arts since I was kid..
Even when doing drugs and getting wasted I was pushing my f*cked head to do the workout..
Until I've hitted rock bottom. I ended up in Rehab.
Drugs and alco did so much damage to my head that I went to rehab ask for help myself to take me in..
Hitting the bottom was the best experience that happend to me. Now I know whats good and whats bad in the world and
how to try to keep your kid away from it or call it distract it to try to put them in the proper direction.

Been on gear roughly 12 years ago and never came off of it properly no PCT or anything...
Used to do bodybuilding and pinned a lot of different stuff..
Then life went on, I started my own business, left the gym sadly and focused on work..
Then I've had a child.
Grinding everyday at work, stress involved and exhaustion lack of sleep..

Roughly 6 years ago started having Flashbacks(PTSD), panic attacks which kicked in when all my blood work went to shite
after not coming off the gear properly in the past.. I was suprised I didn't feel it earlier.. I thought I am just tired..

Now I am just in the begining of TRT.
Details in the other threads I posted already..
Including my panic attack involving an ambulance..

I didn't do a proper introduction before as I was desperate to get intel how to get help fix my life and posted my threads on wrong forum..
Sorry about that.

There is a lot of helpful people here and I am happy to be the part of it.

Damn Bobby1990 I can Relate I have experienced most of the same types of scenarios personally and PTSD is a monster. I hope this lifestyle helps you as much as it has helped me brother! I am positive that bodybulding and powerlifting (ALL STRENGTH SPORTS) and the Boards like this one and others that I have used over the years, helped in saving me from myself and those same type of vices, fighting, fucking and self destruction!

This board (MESO) and others along with the BB,PL lifestyle in General...the regimented eating ,the sleeping, the calculated risk, the ME Vs. ME, the Danger and the self starting uncompromising schedule needed to be successful is a life saver for me! I enjoy it. The lifestyle keeps me sane! I'm a better Man, Father,Son, Brother and Person. Anything I ever enjoyed doing has been extreme and dangerous Brother. You my be on the right track.
