I guess you could be telling us what you sell your Serostim for? I’ll make the same suggestion I make when I’m buying Serostim from the HIV patients here in So Cal; don’t sell all 4 kits each month. Keep at least 1 kit for yourself. If your Dr isn’t prescribing Testosterone and Anavar along with your Seros I will point you in the right direction to find some. 18iu’s/ed isnt necessary. Well fatten you up on 4iu’s/ed and 400 to 500mg of Test every week and 50mg of Anavar/day.
This way you can sell 3 and get your rent paid and/or get your monthly speed and ghb covered as well..,cuz I’ve never met a guy selling his kits who isn’t deep in the throes of addiction.
This is what hiv patients sell for.
Since I get them from an hiv patient and don't use, I sell them for same price to people.

For educational purposes only will I respond....Yes its still around. The prescription you speak of when its in the hands of the script holder its considered a Schedule 3 drug. In the hands for illicit use its a Schedule 1 making it the only drug the FDA has dually Scheduled. In Southern Ca., specifically LA, the street price for a gallon of GHB ranges from $5k to $6k.
Where I am in Souther Ca there is a lot more 1,4 Butanediol being sold as "G". Its 2 chemical reactions away from GHB. When the user drinks the horrible tasting commercial solvent it is converted to GHB as soon as it hits the stomach giving the same effects. Street prices range from $40 to $60 a liquid Oz.
GBL is 1 chemical reaction away from GHB. Was entering the States from the UK for the past many years. I understand the laws in the UK recently changed when the gov't there made moves after some folks there were severely injured after ingesting GBL. I can't speak to the legal status now in the UK without researching it.

3. Again, yes I sold them openly here years ago with a forum post. I stopped selling them years ago here thankfully because I didnt have any. I then foolishly came back years later when I wanted to sell a few I had. When I made a newer post, I was told the rules changed and I asked for the post to be removed. The guys getting a script still use it, even if they're not gonna use it all. I don't get what you mean by 10k a month for 4 boxes at 500$ a box LOL. If an hiv patient is selling all of it for that, good for him? Idk.
I've only talked to a new few people in the most recent year with their preference for serostim. I basically said I occasionally get sero still.
I understand your rant though. I'll take it as a good thing. You are right about it not being worth losing my freedom. I'm not advertising selling anything, and it would be risky to even bother with strangers. I shouldn't have come back after those years to say if it's still allowed to post. The newer rules were a blessing to make me see how foolish it was to offload something openly, or at all that I could be locked up for.
Again I talked to a few vets about it in the most recent years, but yeah that was a mistake. It's not worth the freedom lost. It's a blessing that I cant anymore...for my freedoms sake. It was dumb to openly ask if anyone wanted them.

Personally I don't filter any of my peps or HGH, and have never had an issue, but that doesn't mean one couldn't occur.

What is your opinion on buying the necessary "STERILE" items from Aliexpress to filter my new lovely peptides?

Obviously the safest would be sourcing from a reputable US or EU, legitimate lab supplier that complies with USP, FDA, or EMA regulations.
But harm reduction isn't about perfection or nothing, it's doing what you can to reduce risk, even if it's not entirely eliminated,
Sterile syringe filters will be individually packed. These filters are overwhelmingly used in lab settings, not for what we use them for, so any vendor selling unsterile or particulate shedding filters should have pretty terrible reviews, since it would be discovered pretty quickly (in chromatography or mass spectrometry) as they'd be useless for their primary purpose. So you'll have to look at the reviews and make a judgement. You'll likely be fine, even if it's not ideal to buy from a Ali vendor.
Sterile vials should also be individually packed. They should be in envelopes with a sterility indicator. For ali-express that'll usually be a color changing spot that proves it's been treated with EO gas, which is effective for sterilization.
The most likely quality problem won't be sterility of the vials, but particulates. That's where something like Ultra-Spec vials shine, since they're explicitly certified to be particulate free.
Still, they're probobly going to be better than the vials used by UGL vendors, certainly not worse, and at least you're assured of your freshly sterile filtered injectable staying sterile once you put it in the new vial. Also, even if the glass is as poor quality as what the UGL vendor used, since, at the least, the new vials weren't put through the thermal stress of lyophilization, they're much less likely to be filled with glass delaminate shards like the original vials (which will be removed when you filter).

It's possible that by using filters that weren't properly sterilized, or by having a not great filtering technique, you could end up introducing problems that weren't there in the first place
