Sharing latest bloodwork
8 weeks-ish of 175mg of @Arail Test Cyp (Batch 2), Split as 75mg e3d doses taken IM in Ventrogluteals. Sample was originally scheduled to be taken at trough immediately before my scheduled injection, but when i turned up at Quest, the fuckers had closed the lab for maintenance and not had the courtesy to warn me. As such, this lab draw was lunchtime the day after, so 28 hours after my usual trough.
This time is a bit of a cleaner. Approx. 8 weeks of stable cruising. Both at home, including 5 weeks of travelling through Thailand and Korea (should've added Tren for a bit of fun), and likely affected by a case of covid (which i suspect drove AST and ALT). Having been tee total for 5 months, i was allowing myself a few drinks too and lots of eating out, so wouldn't be surprised if that had an impact also. Was very thankful that Arail vials look very pro-pharma, so i put the vial into a vintage TRT prescription box in case any questions coming into Korea, but nothing was checked.
e2 was much higher than i expected. Interesting to me as over double what it was compared to last blood test on same dose of same TC, but with addition of 40mg Primo, 14mg NPP, 7mg DHTe
Summary (July - Oct) :
Total T: 1326 ng/dl -> 995 ng/dl (note July was e2d dosing taken at trough, Oct is e3d dosing taking 28hours after trough)
Free T: 426 pg/ml -> 185 pg/ml (no primo or DHTe use in Oct)
E2: 23pg/ml -> 59pg/ml (low dose primo and DHTe having big impacts on suppression. e2 crashed soon after july test)
T:E ratio: 57:1 -> 17:1
For reference: Previous bloodwork from July 2025 here: Same dose of TRT (but e2d) whilst fucking around with low doses of extra compounds (DHT, Primo, NPP) that made things pretty messy and lead to low e2.
