Why would I want to eat 4 or 5k calories a day? I prefer to not spend my life eating 6 meals a day so I can walk around 220lbs with a distended gut, a life of bp meds, and be so fragile I need a cpap. Some people prefer to look athletic and good vs a bodybuilder who cant walk up a flight of steps without being out of breath. Imagine that
