Healing Pharma. Good or Bad?

I just started on healing pharma 20mg Ciln. Switching from a more expensive brand. I wasn't on GH at the gym so my BP was already fairly low.

i certainly feel less calm. It's only been two days. The brand I had before was like a god damn sedative. Going by "feels", this feels like only 10mg or so.

Hopefully we'll see some test results for it.

Seems to be made by a reputable manufacturer fwiw:

The test is 380 I believe. But of course confirm with Jano. What batch number do you have?
I honestly really like cilnidipine so far. It’s probably the best med I’ve tried in the ‘anti adrenaline /anxiety’ category.

I used to often get cold and clammy extremities and general peripheral vasoconstriction which increased blood pressure during anxiety and stress episodes.

This keeps my peripheral vessels feeling healthy and helps reduce the sensation of physical strain during any anxiety.

It helps me feel like I can tolerate anxiety and stress inducing situations better now.

I ordered some more mankind cilaheart tablets as I figure it will be easy enough to compare side by side. I don’t think I can spare testing money at the moment.

I don't tolerate cilnidipin, it causes me water retention in calves... Even smaller dose.
Weirdly, amlodipine 5mg is fine.

If I get my hands on some Healing Pharm Cilnidipine I will send it out for testing. Anyone know how much it is to test?

That's a paradoxical response, it's usually the opposite, but among other possible reasons, it could be that your veins don't respond well to N calcium channel blockade. At the same equivalent dose, Cilnidipine L channel blocking is actually a lot stronger than Amlodipine. So if the smaller vessels aren't relaxing from Ciln's N channel blockade(which is how Ciln prevents edema), it's effectively like taking a large dose of Amlodine rather than Ciln.

This sounds amazing, thank you for sharing about your experience with it @Sera :D

Just my n=1, but I got so lean on Clin, my shoes were loose. Got damn near shredded glutes and skeleton mode on 250mg test, telmi 40mg, 20mg ciln and Sema. 3-4 iu GH when I could tolerate it because it was giving me acne.

Zero water retention on me. Veins all over my calves and ankles.

Funny you mention that. I have areas on my face where it feels like it's skin right on bone, with no subq "padding" whatsoever. Luckily it doesn't look bad, but it felt very odd when I first noticed it.

I thought it was rHGH reducing subQ fat to some extreme new level, but now that I think of it, the timing of it developing aligns with starting Ciln, so it could very well be reduced water retention.

At maybe 13-15% bodyfat, my new balance shoes were tight. I bought two pairs. I have a new unworn pair as a control.

The unworn pair is loose and I have to tighten to the max to wear it. That's how much water I dropped off.

This is an interesting discussion. I've noticed increased vascularity in my legs the past few months, and I had originally attributed it to my swap from bedtime GH dosing to splitting it up to 3x/day AM, PWO, and bedtime dosing, which I started to help accelerate the healing of an injury. Now I'm remembering that this was also around the same time I started taking 40 telmi/20 cilnidipine. The vascularity is still enhanced compared to before starting, and that's even with me barely being able to train legs for the past couple of months due to some issues I'm having.

Anyone here using the Healing Pharma 100MCG T4?

All variables controlled I notice when i switch from Berlin Chemie T4 to HP (same dosage) my blood pressure jumps considerably as well as RHR.

Ugh, gotta say Thyroid meds are the only ones I insist on major, multinational pharma companies only. Pick Abbot or Glaxo Smith Kline and stick with one or the other.

They're the only ones I'm confident can maintain perfectly dosed microgram tablets, consistent for years or decades, despite the incredible cheapness of the product.

When Glaxo made some manufacturing change to T4 for the first time in 20 years, they put out an announcement and leaflets with the bottles, saying while they expect doses to stay consistant, doctors and patients needed to be vigilant for any change in symptoms and blood levels given how sensitive some people are to precisely dialed in doses.

It's not easy to maintain microgram precision, and imo only a very well resourced, reputable company can or would spend the money and effort to ensure $2 / 120 tab bottles contained microgram precision made tablets perfectly consistent over many years.

It's probably a stupid idea to be sub 10% all the time I guess, but my t3 took a small hit. Even 85 F/28c make me feel damn cold.

Would you recommend taking t3? Or just deal with it.

Taking GH does offset this effect (the cold/lower metabolism feeling) going by feels. But it gives me acne, which means I gotta take accutane, which gives me a dry red face.

Other than that, holding single digit bodyfat and looking dry/lean as hell isn't hard at all on semaglutide, which is cheap as dirt now.

That's interesting, I had exactly the opposite experience. When I take t3 while really lean and when my glycogen is almost to zero, I get super rapide heart rate (110 lying down), low BP, and bad anxiety. Don't feel warm at all. It's like there is nothing to burn so the stress hormones go to the roof.
I'm bulking and I'm taking 20ug t3 whith my t4 for hypothyroidism and feel great.
