Reta's not for food noise, it's only about 5% as active at GLP-1 as sema. For some it can even make it worse - it's possible to interpret the signals your body sends to your brain that you're in lipolysis and gluconeogenesis as hunger. Same with dehydration, try drinking a big glass of water and see if the hunger signal goes away. Everyone's different though. When I get hunger on reta, I interpret it as "Oh good, my black market Chinese powder is legit."
If food noise is an issue, add some sema (or tirz, or cagri).
