This is an old quote from Mike that has been reposted and taken out of context a million times.
It's literally from him making a joke about how he's bigger and stronger... because Mentzer is dead.
Obviously you can argue about it's a funny joke, but he wasn't actually suggesting he's got a better physique than living Mentzer.

I guess in part that depends partly on where you sit on the volume vs intensity debate.
I watched one of his earlier vids years ago & I had no idea what the fuck he was on about because it was just littered with three letter acronyms I didn’t know the meaning of at the time: MRV, MEV & SFR. There were probably others as well, but those are the ones I just remember.
For MRV & MEV, I don’t think it’s possible to give numbers in a one-size-fits-most manner, because aside from everyone being different, volume is intrinsically tied to intensity.
For SFR - obviously no one’s going to argue that all exercises for a given muscle group are equal in this regards, but …. you can’t easily measure stimulus to fatigue in any meaningful manner & as such there is no “ratio”, so whilst SFR sounds “scientific” (which Mike is all about), it’s anything but & makes a mockery of the “science” or “evidence” based marketing spiel.

People tend to listen to those they like and respect over logic. And that would be amplified here . I like Dorian and respect him even though his methods are a tad dated still very effective . Mike is technically sound on modern standards even though he doesn't always follow his own advice and his genetics sucks but he is a narcissist and constantly making nauseating gay jokes and says obnoxious shit . So that turns people away from the intelligent things he says . No one likes a dickhead even if they are right most of the time.
