Hello- Jay in Texas here. New to the forum. I'm doing a recomp- had a neck surgery (ACDF) back in Feb that put me out of commission for 6 months and I packed on 45 lbs weight from sedentary recovery. Doctor approved me to start hitting the gym again back in July so I've been going 5 days per week doing a mixed set each day of:

Treadmill (14 grade incline) 30 min
Free weights (flat bench/incline/decline, curls, flies, military press, pushups)- 1 hour
Swimming laps (breaststroke) 30 min
15 min sauna followed by 3 min cold plunge, followed by 15 min steam room.

For my stack, I'm taking:

250 mg Test C per week (started in August)
250 mg Tren E per week (started this month)
50mg Anavar per day (started this month)
8mg reta per week (started in Sept)
5mg tirz per week (this is purely for killing the food noise)- (started in Sept)
Red Yeast Rice capsules daily
Fish Oil capsules daily

I've dropped 20 lbs already and gaining muscle slowly but surely.

Question for group:

Would increasing my Test C to 350 mg per week and Tren E to 350mg per week provide significant results or should I stay where I'm at? I've experienced zero sides so far, bloodwork according to my doc is normal though he prescribed Anastrozole (to use weekly as needed), and I would like to keep no sides to the degree possible.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts here.

jay

Drop everything but test and Reta. You only need HrT test levels and a good diet to recomp. Reta is also very helpful. The other stuff is over the top for your goals

I dunno guys, I'm looking great muscularly, much better than I'd be looking without the tren and Anavar, and recomp is solidly on track. I suppose I was just wondering specifically if increasing tren & test by 100mg would provide any meaningful results. As for why both reta and tirz, reta doesn't kill the food noise like tirz.

At 250 of tren per week you’re just about at the dosage of what a lot of open men’s profession BBers are using (some use A LOT) more. If you’re getting results and you feel good there’s no reason to increase anabolics right now.

Might also want to do the introduction in the introduction thread per rules.

If you're wanting to address food noise, use semaglutide instead of tirzepatide if combining with retatrutide. Topic has been discussed before and should be available via search.

I’ve personally had better experience mixing cagri with reta. Sema with reta just slowed my gastric emptying to a standstill. Cagri really knocks out food noise for me but i can still hit my macros comfortably.

Cagri operates on different receptors and shouldn't adversely affect the GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors reta is balanced for. That should be a good pairing I would think.

Have you ever taken tren before? How long are you planning to run it? When, not if, you get tren side effects, they are going to linger for awhile with the Enanthate ester. Just don’t rip anyone’s head off if they cut you off in traffic…

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Much appreciated. I'm gonna hold tight at current doseage since I'm seeing great results already. The temptation to increase will pass hopefully. lol. First time using var by the way and the pumps are bonkers. Never experienced anything like it in that regard.

I have but only 250mg ampoules and never more. Just tempted to go to 350mg this time.

flat bench/incline/decline, curls, flies, military press, pushups and tren seems like a weird mix tbh man
Seems a bit hard for the kind of training, and definitely going to negatively impact the swimming and cardio

Genuine answer: I did a near identical stack last cut, including mixing Sema/Tirz with Reta because Reta doesn't dull my hunger.

It worked exactly as well as you'd expect. Toss in 2-4iu GH pinned AM before fasted cardio if you can afford it.

As long as your bloods look good and you feel well.

Thanks for chiming in. No impact to cardio (shortness of breath, etc.) so far. Curious to hear what a more effective weight routine would be for tren in your opinion compared to what I'm currently doing. Always open to improve of course.

Is that the full workout? seems like it’s missing quite a few important body parts whether it is for bodybuilding, general image, functional strength or health.

Even as an upper body workout it’s missing an entire half of the torso so it seems like a massive waste of the growth you can get from most toxic steroid
