Has anyone used Hydroxyzine hcl for anxiety? I have a benzo script but looking for something additional as I have to be careful how I take those, it's been 12 years and I've managed not to get addicted. But I have really bad anxiety.

I've done the research but was hoping to hear from real people's experiences. I know about some of the other meds but I'm curious about this. One this I hate is medicine induced grogginess and that seems to be a common side.

Hopefully someone has some experience they can share.

I take it for anxiety as needed and while it takes the edge off, it doesn’t make me drowsy or sleepy. I can’t have that side effect at work.

Would it be possible to take something like minoxytop or morr-f, which come in bulky boxes, and possibly repack them into something smaller? I'm thinking something similar to how Cyanocobalamin vials are wrapped in bubble wrap and rubber banded? Hell - even if you got rid of the 3 minute sand timer (instructions don't really say what this is for...), it would take up less room.

I know it's slightly more labor, but your large box only fits 3 boxes of morr-f, and really nothing else. This would move more of these while keeping shipping less complicated. You could fit at least 5 in a larger shipper while still having room for packs of pills/creams/etc.
