Long Off-Season to Classic D Class Weight Cap

Push and pull (no CDL) maybe 1-1.5 hours, upper 45-60 minutes, legs 2-2.5 hours, pull with CDL 1.5-2 hours.

At work i have lunch break from 12:00-2:20/3:00, so I usually do it at noon (we work longer hours, and have a longer break). In the culture here people take naps at 12:00 so even on the weekend my wife and daughter will take a nap at that time, and I will go to the gym then.
Im a lot more tired than most people here, but I can do all my work, spend time with family and get hard gym sessions in.

It takes a a bit for my cardiovascular system to recover after heavy movements of plates per side or more because of the bracing requirements.
As a westerner living in in another country with such a vastly different culture and even marrying a local - have you posted about this experience anywhere and what road lead you to the life you have now? If so, I would be interested in reading it (at the very least it sounds very interesting).

This training seems alot of fun hard stuff. Having fun should be part of training.

I confess i like higher volume, but i love intensifiers and stuff like that so i'm willing to take it for a spin.

Do you ever feel like a bodypart can take way more volume? For me it's back. It seems it can handle ALL the volume ‍♂️

no, I haven’t posted about it much in a public capacity. I have posted bits and pieces about it here, like about my experience getting gyno surgery, and some opinions about the gear shortage. I wouldn’t mind answering questions about it if you have any.

Well how I ended up here was because I studied abroad here, and did some part time work as a student. I was doing an internship in a totally different field in America, but the work dealt with a lot of misfortune, and pain consistently. Eventually I felt that my professional goals wouldn’t be realistic in that field, because the problems that caused the things that happen are systemic in nature, and I wouldnt really be able address those things, or at least the likelihood of success would be extremely low. I still wanted to do something productive, that I thought was meaningful. I just had to be more realistic about what kind I could do. When I thought about the work I did abroad, I felt like I could do something good and productive there, so I thought I would try it. I also wanted to get out into the world, and try to live in a place that is totally different than what I am used to— in terms of society, culture, politics . When I got here for work I had a basic understanding about the culture, language and dating etc, since I was here before and ended up meeting my wife when she started working at the same place. At that time I was not body building, but I competed in Thai boxing. I had a more free schedule so my wife and I would take a motorcycle into Tibet on our spare time, and so the same in south east asia if we had longer breaks or if I was fighting in Thailand. Those were probably some of the most memorable experiences I had here that are overwhelmingly positive

Yeah it’s nice if you can push the first sets hard haha. Some guys will tap out early on hacks, hanstrings and deadlifts so more volume is probably good.

I mean, do whatever you want man but it’s probably best to do a split is suited for your specific needs instead of one that addresses mine haha.

I think probably for me it is hamstrings. I can smash them up, and they can feel sore and fucked up but still progressively overload them and hit PRs even if they feel like they got run over by a truck

When i said i'll take it for a spin, it isn't a copy from yours. It's adapted to my needs (wich is everything to be honest. Just need to be a bit bigger as my weight and BF% are close to yours at 1.83m tall). Just running the split itself and adapt it. But i did the leg session today, took me 2hours but it was fun as hell (in a masochist kind of way haha).

Hell yeah bro, good to hear. Yeah the leg sessions can be pretty brutal but it’s a good time. I got one today as well

Check in photos- fasted 110.3kg/243.2

Weekly average: 110.6kg/243.8lbs
Blood glucose: 4.7mmol

Good week overall. Blood glucose seems to be responding to new supplementation and has started decreasing. Should be good for insulin sensitivity and being able to push for more lean mass. This is a good sign especially since I doubled my gh to 10iu, of pharma. It’s not as low as it has been in the past, but it’s in a totally acceptable range.

Why did you choose a pharmacy GH over a generic one tested at 97-98% purity?

What pharmacy GH do you use?

I had problems with fake generics, and one of my rebounds and off seasons i was basically not using gh, with my insulin and it really showed. My friends and I also tested so called 97% purity generics via blood assay and had totally different results than gh from doctors here.

I use what is available at the hospital, which is Saizen Somatropin. The price is slightly more expensive than “12iu” generics that tested at 98% purity but somehow DID NOT affect blood assay very well, had redness/inflammation at injection site and the effects in practice were not as good.

Chest and shoulders are significantly improved, the progress you've made from your "before" pics is so drastic, like looking at a different frame! Also, your side leg looks great.

Saizen's are very good, some guys rate them just below seros and higher than genos. Haven't tried any pharma but if i could afford it i'd definitely do.

Thanks man. Yeah it’s a pretty reasonable difference— spent a lot of time trying to fix those hanstrings hahaha, before looked like some floss on the side shots.

I agree, I haven’t tried any other pharma brands because the saizen for sure works, and over here it is more affordable if you can find a “friendly” doctor, or have a friend who knows one. We can get them prescribed pretty easy here, even online. Runs about $1 USD per Iu. The prices in USA seemed pretty high last time I checked in comparison so it makes sense that it’s harder to afford. I was shocked to see how much finished test vials go for from domestic sources there too, huge mark up

Sick price dude, in EU most pharma goes around 4€ per IU (without script though) which is like 4,5$. Most guys i know that running pharma are doing it for replacement in 2-3 IU, it gets pretty expensive if you wanna use 10 and you're not a pro that earns a lot of money from bodybuilding.

This one ia very similar to your other session, with the exception of belt squat and walking lunges. I like it.

When you say 2sec pause on the leg curl top set, is that at the top or stretched position?

Yes it’s very similar, except the execution, set up or machine choice is different on everything besides the leg extensions and abductor/adductor.
Pause is during contraction for hanstrings, abductors, adductors

If if was us or EU i definitely dont think i could afford it haha. That makes sense about rhe replacement. When I started gh it was pharma at 2iu for replacement and it felt very affordable. Now it’s like a pack a day of cigarettes pricing lmao. Dropped that habit and still spend the same. Definitely would need to be making some more money from body building to have a good reason for that in the budget in the west

Oh, Saizen. I used it years ago. I had a good dealer who had pharmacy GH bought from the hospital. If I remember correctly, I paid €130 for 36 units of Saizen. I also tried Norditropin in a 45-unit pen, straight from the hospital.

So many great memories. Unfortunately, the problem is being sure you're getting real pharmaceutical GH and not a clone (which is likely when you buy it from Turkey or Eastern Europe). So I abandoned the idea and started using generic GH. Luckily, I don't have a problem with water retention. I generally gain 4-5 kg, but my hands and ankles remain perfect, with intramuscular glycogen levels.
