You guys are hilarious. The entire world is dealing with unprecedented raw material shortages, organizations are being forced to raise prices just to stay alive, and you’re still talking like you have no idea what’s going on.

Why are you commenting that he “jacked up the prices”. What motivates you to make such a statement? He increased his prices to increase his profits as he isn’t sure if future product will be available or how much the raw material prices could be if they are available.
Your comment “increasing the pricing is meaningless when the products no longer available.” What are you talking about? Please explain to us how that makes sense. Your saying he raised prices on out of stock items? Please clarify as you sound ignorant.

$15 increase for Test-Cyp
Looks like a 15-25% price increase, reflecting how difficult it is to source raws now.
Unfortunately completely in line with every other UGL.
I'm fine with the price increases. The only thing unclear to me is that some people are saying Ace has disappeared and not answering emails? Suppose maybe the rep just stopped repping and the Ace website is the only way to order?

Who is saying that I have disappeared? I have been answering emails/taking orders every day. Things have been extremely busy but I am right here my friend.
I was away for a few days at one point but outside of that, I have answered clients mostly everyday via email and everything is normal like usual.
If anyone has tried reaching out with no response, please make sure to use an encrypted email service like Tutanota or Protonmail. Many email services like Gmail and Hotmail have issues delivering or receiving to Tutanota it seems.

As for the price increase, it has become extremely hard to acquire raws and the availability is worse than people seem to understand. My cost has been raised exponentially, both to obtain the raws and receive them.
I do apologize to all of my clients for the price hike but being able to continue offering products to all of you is my number one priority and for this to remain, prices needed to be increased.
For the clients that went a few days without a response, I apologize. I take pride in replying as quickly as possible and also getting your orders out ASAP. Something had come up that forced me to be away for a handful of days which happened on short notice.

I found that outlook email bounced back too. That's why I made the proton email I use for this, and other things. Everyone should have one anyway for crypto and whatever you don't want the gûberment knowing about.
